Hotel U Leva

Stayed here as part of a walking weekend. Rooms are fairly old fashioned decor but very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Had a twin room with an unusual but very practical layout - felt like we both had loads of space! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - loads of choice & all tasty. From restaurant menus I was a bit worried about vegetarian choices (lots of dumplings and sheep cheese..) but breakfast options included fruit, yoghurt, muesli and salad as well as a tonne of bread/cheese/meat/eggs.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife on a day trip. Outstanding service and food. Kind friendly staff.

The hotel served the best breakfast we had in Slovakia. The crew was very helpful and suggested several attractions and recommendations.

Its restaurant is also excellent and provides delicious meals throughout the day.

Great time in a lovely hotel in a beautiful city

Room overlooking the main square of Levoce, excellent polite staff, lovely kitchen. There are several ancient churches of different denominations in the city. Beautiful architecture.

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, close to ski resorts and spa. Super quiet. Clean and comfortable. The food is very tasty and the size of portions is enormous)). Thank you for everything! Will be back for sure. It was my second stay here

We did not stay here but had excellent coffees and lemonade sitting on very comfortable seats outside at the front taking in the view. Later we returned and had an enjoyable lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Levoca itself, with its enormous medieval square and impressive church, is a joy. We were just passing through but I made a mental note to return for a longer visit, and the rooms at U Leva look good.

Welcoming and comfortable hotel in a very pretty town. Fantastic breakfasts, and the restaurant was also great - really delicious food. Recommended.

I'm actually reviewing their restaurant only. But that was very pleasent surprice in levoca and whole spiš. Prices are a bit high but food was very tasty. Actually, probably best in that whole region from spisska n. Ves to stara lubovna.

We remember our first trip together to Slovakia about 9 years ago. There were a few hotels to choose from in the city center of Levoca and it came down to choosing two of them. We decided on Hotel Uleva. Upon showing up, we were pleasantly surprised about how nicely the staff treated us. And we really liked how quaint and inviting the reception area was. We needed a larger size room, so the staff offered us the family room at the back of the hotel. It is a very nice size with a mini kitchen and bar area, plus there was an extra bedroom in the corner. The hotel was new, so everything was fantastically modern. We especially liked the over-sized bathroom with jacuzzi tub and heated floor! It even had it's own balcony. The included breakfast was more than adequate and the staff, again, was very accommodating.

This has been our hotel of choice for the last 9 years whenever we stay in Levoca. We've stayed in several different rooms at this hotel and all of them offer a unique experience. We especially like the rooms facing the city center, where you have wonderful views of a church and other period buildings.

We are planning our annual trip to Eastern Europe this coming summer and are getting ready to book another room at Hotel Uleva. See you soon!

Great experience! The hotel is located in the beautiful historical downtown of Levoca, with free parking and everything accessible by foot. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean with free wifi connection and my wife and I just fell in love with the slovak culinary specialties served in the hotel restaurant. Definitely recommend!

Great location, right in the downtown. Accomodated in apartment, it ist huge, nice and comfy. TVs, phone, WiFi, bath... recomend to book a night here

I can only recommend this hotel..it was clean, staff was wery nice, apartment we stayed in was huge and beautiful, location is perfect -right in the center and the hotel is pet friendly if you have a dog 😊
