This was the beat hotel we’ve stayed at in Slovakia. Family owned, pristine clean and 5* service for very affordable prices. This boutique hotel is a gem and so much better than the fancy heritage hotel across the road that was almost double the price with below average service. Originally we stayed at the other hotel for 2 nights and then we moved to Berg and stayed for another week. We made the right choice, it was awesome. We’d happily come back anytime. Thanks for having us.

Very nice and big rooms. Friendly staff speaking a bit of english and more german. Being restaurant at hotel, I didn't have any expectation, and I was impressed. Pretty good BBQ ribs and Panino (in photo is only one, but they serve 2 😅). Recomend it for sure!

All was awesome! Very hospitable lady host, clean and shiny rooms, super view from the window, quiet, very warm atmosphere overall! Cosy cafe to sit at in the evening with a glass of wine :) location is close to main attractions in High Tatras! We will be back for sure one day!

An outstanding experience. The location is the best you can get in Kezmarok, just in the front of the castle. It is a quiet location. The owners are super kind. They know how care for guests' well-being. They also run a cafe/ wine bar. You will love it. Every edge of the guesthouse is super clean, the rooms are spacious and nice decorated. I would definitely come again.

Boli sme na rodinnom výlete v Kežmarku a vybrali sme si skutočne to najlepšie. Penzión sa nedá ani opísať čistotou,službami priateľským.personalom, neskutočnou ochotou majiteľov,skvelým jedlom. Tak čistý penzión v Slovenských službách som v živote nevidela rozhodne najlepší z penziónov na Slovensku všetkým čo sa dá pochváliť, nádhera! Len odporucam

Nebyla jsem zde ubytování, proto nemůžu hodnotit provoz penzionu. Ale rodinou oslavu zabezpečili luxusně. Umístění penzionu je nádherné, přímo u hradeb. Sociální zařízení bylo velmi čisté.

Bardzo mili gospodarze, jedzenie dobre, piwka craftowe, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Polecam!
