Wow! Came here because the nearby restaurant closed at 16. We were warmly welcomed that the restaurant is opened here and we’re given the option to sit in the cozy garden or inside. Friendly staff were informative and efficient. Ordered the BEST appetisers I have ever tried. Highly recommend the deer back with mustard ice cream. Yes, mustard ice cream. It did not disappoint! Beautiful service and beautiful plating at extremely reasonable prices! Highly highly recommend. Hidden gem in kezmarok. Delicate view of the high tatras. Will come again😊

P.S. try the cocktails! Beautifully presented and just as tasty.

Very nice hotel only issue is that not all rooms have ac and some rooms are in a different building down the block
But overall very nice has all amenities needed great shower

Prefered Hotel in Kezmarok (SK) since years.
Hotel located in midle from the old City center and Castle.
Restaurant with modern cuisine and some typical SK plates.

Without dispute it is the best hotel and restaurant in the town. However, there is always opportunity to improve - for instance, we wanted to order a dessert and no waitress appeared for about 15 minutes or they didnt bring appropriate knife for a steak. Stupid little things, but I would expect them as a sure thing for such hotel.

We have spent just a few hours in the hotel, but the staff especially the hotel manager were impeccable! Also the food was excellent. Really nothing to complain about. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

There is beautiful and very quality restaurant inside hotel and it has nice garden terrace! Food was perfect without no problem, best part was service which is true professional! Thank you and very recommend!

I did not stay during the night however we were extremely satisfied with the lunch menu and food itself. They tasted as good as they looked

The staff was really kind, we enjoyed our staythere. I would recommend to keep the wellness space open in the morning, one may wish to use then.
