my opinion is that this gallery is a must-see for anyone interested in art in its various incarnations. helps expand the horizons of your imagination and perception of the world around you. you can look at everyday things through the eyes of artists and ask yourself the question “...why can’t I see this world like that?”

For those who appreciate modern art, this is the perfect choice. As a plus, the museum is surrounded by water, making it very enjoyable even on the outside. Perfect place at sunset.

One of the most amazing places just outside Bratislava. Gallery with beautiful space, incredible views, with permanent and changing exhibitions. You will also find a cafe with friendly service and a wide range of great cakes. If you come here, don't forget to take a walk on the rooftop. Admission is 10€ and you don't need to buy a ticket in advance, there (unfortunately) don't tend to be many people here. You can pay by card. There is also a souvenir shop at the entrance...

Amazing building and landscape. The river, the water element included in the rooms of the Museum. Contemporary art. The together: miracle worth seeing.

Very interesting museum in a beautifull area. I advise to go a bit early so you can also enjoy the terrace and the views. There are varied expositions, focused on modert art.

Wonderful museum, has a great collection inside. There’s also sculptures outside, as well as panels about local fish, birds and some information on Danube and a map of Danube. Also on the river bank there are chairs where you can sit or lay down, which is really nice next to the water

The museum itself has a store section where you can buy different products and the money from that is used for improving the museum, mostly the riverbank

Also, in about 10 years museum will go from private ownership to being state owned, and the people working there seem pessimistic about that change, so if possible support them in trying to avoid that

A real treat to enjoy, although a bit far from the centre, but all the more enjoyable to be fully present and explore this gallery space surrounded by the Danube river flowing by.

Great place to spend an afternoon. Some interesting art, some not so interesting (but this is always the case with contemporary art) in a cool museum on an island.

Amazing Museum with very unique collections. its a must visit when you are near by, dedicated parking just in front of the entrance for free if you are visiting the museum other ways you will have to pay 10€/1h. You can spend easily 2,3h.

The place has 2 floors, ground floor and 1st floor with picturistic view on the Danube river.

Don’t miss out the roof top you will be able to access it from the stairs next to the coffee outside you will find a free of charge eyes loop magnifier.

The Coffee inside Danubian can only be accessed if you pay entrance fee to the museum, expect some waiting time for the waiters to take your order as its usually full specially the weekends so don’t worry its not a self service.

Price per ticket is 10€ for Adults

What a beautiful museum, both inside and outside. The space was well used and the location was absolutely gorgeous. The toilets were spacious and clean. The children's playground could be better though. There is a cafe at the end but I'd bring a picnic to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This is the best art gallery in Slovakia and maybe in Eastern Europe. The art pieces, their presentation and the architecture are fantastic. This and our beautiful nature are the only two things you need to visit in Slovakia.

Very nice, tranquil and picturesque location. Be building is cleverly designed. Art pieces both inside and outside at the time of visit were quite interesting. Definitely recommend a visit when in Bratislava. Looks like you are somewhere completely different from the city and it's surroundings.

👍🏻✅⭐ The Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum, one of the most popular museum in Bratislava region. You can come by car, public transports or by boat. There are many different expositions and each part of year with new art. The entrance is 10e and at least allocated 2 hours. If you visit the capital of the Slovak Republic, recommend to come!

PS: ⭐excellent exposition of Martin Krajc ✅👍🏻
