Konibar Kemp pod Jazerom

Best camp among all, where I have been during my bike tour through Slovakia. Nice food, not high prices as for such a beautiful place in the mountains. Shower and WC are clean. But what is the most important, the owner of the camp is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I definitely recommend this place.

The experience here was awesome! We had a great time, the owners are extremely friendly and nice. Clean toilets, showers. The food is very good and not overpriced at all! I would recommend this camping especially when you are looking forward to having fun! Chatting with the owner was lovely. There is a nearby lake where you can go swimming and the view is breathtaking!

Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic stay here. Toilets and showers are clean, the bar has a nice atmosphere often with live music at the weekends, many activities to do at the campsite and nearby. Many nice hikes in the area and a lake to swim in next to the campsite. Best of all is the owner James and his family. They helped us out with many things during our stay here. I would highly recommend visiting 😊

Excellent place to stay! Clean toilets, good pitches, restaurant and bar for great prices. Lot of hiking paths, nice lake for swimming a few minutes walking. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. Totally recommended.

The owner of this campsite is one of the friendliest people I ever met! We arrived in the afternoon by bike and he immediately offered us a refreshing drink upon arrival. We sat down and he was genuinely interested in our bikes and trip. On this campsite you are in the middle of nature very close to a nice lake where you can have a swim. Facilities are simple but clean. We had plenty of room to pitch a small tent on the grass field. Definitely recommend to spend the night here with options to visit the nearby miner town of Banska Stiavnica.

A chilled place in an area where you can enjoy walking and mountain biking..and swimming with large carp..

James and his lovely Slovakian wife will make sure that you have everything you need during your camp there...I highly recommend the pigs knee from the menu, cooked to perfection but allow one hour so best to order early.

I stopped for one night but stayed for two...only wish that I could have stayed longer.
Nothing to dislike here :-)

Perfect little field of grass for camping in a great location.
Host was excellent and cooked a damn good scrambled egg breakfast.

Can use a firepit for free and they make good breakfest.
Unfortunately we could only stand there for 1 night. We will definitely be back!

You gotta absolutely love this place. Owned and proudly run by cool British guy James (who speaks Slovak surprisingly well) and his Slovak wife Eva, you get all the most important elements of a happy camping stay: great draft cold beer, delicious on-the-spot cooked local meals, great company and beautiful nature all around. And all for reasonable prices.

Motorbikers are very welcome and I had a really good time staying even for just one night. Give it a go!

Really nice spot, very easy and simple...but in very wild style. Owners are really nice people and we regret not having stayed the night of the day after as there was live music , probably with banjo...but we got to go.

Nice little campground in walking distance to the lake. Only costs 12,60 for 2 people with a tent. Very friendly staff with exeptional english skills.

Very nice place! Beautiful surrounding and very helpful owners. There is also a nice area where you can drink cold 0.5L beers (for €1.50, wow) and eat something.

Excellent campground. After end of season closure the friendly caretaker was still able to let us in and make sure we enjoyed our stay with all mod cons

Miesto, kde môžete stráviť pekné chvíle. Môžete stanovať, využiť bývanie v chatke, alebo prísť s vlastným karavanom. V lone prírody zregenerovať, stretnúť sa s partiou, rodinou.

Super tolle Gelegenheit mitten in der Natur auszuspannen. Sanitär Einrichtungen sind vorhanden und einfach. Tolles Essen! Herzliche Gemeinschaft ist dort entstanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber! Wir kommen wieder!

Kemping jest położony w urokliwej dolinie. Prowadzą go wspaniali ludzie a do tego można zawrzeć nowe międzynarodowe znajomości. Byłem tam w lipcu 2021 r. Obiecałem właścicielom, że tam wrócę i taki mam też plan na rok 2022 r. Ciekawe czy właściciel dalej woli skutery od motocykli?;) Pozdrowienia z Gdańska!
