Nice walk in Hrinova/Polab region. Doable also with small kids.

Perfect surrounding, beautiful nature, suitable for every ages short walking in the deep forest of mountain Polana

Yet another beautiful place to go when you like nature. Not suitable for kids under 5 y old or people with health issues as you have to walk up hill. The closer you are the harder terrain. I do not recommend to go there in rain, the walk gets slip altogether with wooden and metal ladders leading to top of the waterfall. Rich flora and fauna.

Wonderful waterfall surrounded by raw nature. Warning: access from the "top" (close to nearby "parking lot") is by metal ladders, and the waterfall is not visible from the top.

Spectacular waterfall, with 23 meters of heigth it is one of the biggest Slovak waterfalls. You can climb from the bottom to the top of it wwith the aid of ladders. There is also the platform that allows you to take a pictures in a front of it.

Should everyome visit.

Small hike to get to from the bottom or a scary decent if accessing from the top (not suitable for young kids). Well worth the effort though. 👍

Počasie 16.3.2024 na tomto mieste bolo značne vlhké keď že poprchalo ale tá krása prírody s nízkou oblačnosťou nám umožnila na to zabudnúť. Nízka oblačnosť vytvára v podstate hmlu a viditeľnosť je malá a keď že v tejto lokalite sa pohybujú medvede tak aj nebezpečná. Vodopád bol prekrásny hlavne v tomto období.

Veľmi jednoduchá tura vhodná aj pre deti . My sme boli v zime jedna nádherná oddychová prechádzka v krásnom zasneženom prostredí len pred vodopádom je potrebné si dávať veľký pozor . Neodporúčam ísť až pri vodopád ,keď nemáte feratovy set lebo sa veľmi šmýka a veľké nebezpečenstvo úrazu . P
