Martinské Hole

I've been coming here for over 25 years, for me Martinky is the Slovak glacier, the slopes are groomed but above all, always natural snow, there are also nice and especially easy ski tours, you should come and try them

I have been walking on the Martinske Hole three times per week over last 30 years.. You will see lovely nature. You can also collect mushrooms, blueberries and cranberries. And beautiful, fresh, waist-deep, puffy snow in winter. Try ascending the Krížava mount on winter morning! Watch the sunset and enjoy the pure beauty.

Best ski resort near Zilina. The altitude of the resort is around 1100 - 1400 masl so the posibilities of good snow condition is very high. You can ride on slopes but there is also some backountry/forest freeride options. The views are amazing!

I was just hiking around. The nature there is nice. It's part of Mala Fatra mountain chain. During clear days you can see mainly Velka Fatra mountain chain and second part of Mala Fatra so called Krivanska Mala Fatra. But of course much more.

A really great ski holiday. Great natural snow conditions, well tended slopes and a good selection of tracks to take. You can go to the Aprés ski bar for a nice break, and buffets on the slopes and a restaurant with hotels around the main cash desk area. Very pleased with the resort, will visit again.

Nice place for hiking, biking and skiing, visited for the first time, but not last.

love it!, Old school atmosphere and mostly natural snow. During summer great place to hike

Excellent place with amazing views, well maintained slopes and kind staff. Only problem is with the main road there - you can go only up until 12:00 and then only down from 13:00. Anyway, it's worth it 😊
