CAR RENTAL POPRAD, BRATISLAVA, WIEN, KOSICE, KRAKOW, BUDAPEST

I rented Seat Toledo AT from this company for a month and then for another two weeks. Normally the cars with automatic transmission are very expensive to rent in Slovakia but Mr. Lazorcak offered me a much lower price than other car rentals. The car looked new and I really enjoyed driving it. Everything went well and there were no hidden charges when I returned the car. This is a smaller family-owned company so maybe therefore they can keep their prices so low. And if you return the car without any damage, they won't even charge you any sale taxes!

The best car hire company,I have ever used! First-it is small family business with best prices. The second-very understandable rules! Very quick service. Excellent customer care service. Waited for me at the airport, the reservation was taken care of previously so it only took a few minutes to complete the hand over of the car. Needed a baby seat and it looked like it was brand new. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Jan's car rental enough! Flights from England to Poprad arrive quite late (indeed no other car rental was available). Our flight was also delayed, but Jan was there to greet us, with his smiley face! There's no queueing at a desk for ages - he takes you straight to the car and gets on with the paperwork and it's all done in around 10 mins allowing you to get on with your trip.

When you return the car to the airport you just park it up and go to check-in - Jan comes into departures to find you about an hour before you fly, and then it's a quick check of the car and off he goes. His prices are very competitive and the vehicles (we've hired 3 from him now) are in excellent condition and very clean.

It's the personal service we all love!

I live in Canada but often visit High Tatras in Slovakia. It is a hiking paradise, I love hiking there. I usually take a train from Bratislava to Poprad and rent a car there. On a couple of occasions, and the last time it was in September 2018, I rented a car from Mr.Lazorcak, and his car rental company.
It is a small, family run company, but he provides an excellent service that is equal to any large, multinational firm. I have rented cars all over the world (Canada, U.S., Western Europe), thus I am able to compare. On top of it, the large companies simply cannot match his personal attention and care. Mr. Lazorcak is very helpful and trustworthy.
I recommend his company to anyone who needs to rent a car. When I am in High Tatras in the future, I will use his services again.

Hired a car for 3 weeks and also rented accommodation from the family for 2 weeks. Had a most pleasant stay and could not possibly expect more! I found it a home away from home, I wholeheartedly recommend them to both solo travellers and families.
