Great customer service

A bit slow but very scrupulous and attentive to details

I am here helping refugees from Ukraine. I had a car from a friend here for a few days but I needed one for a bit longer time frame so that I could transport refugees from the boarder to temporary living accommodations in Poprad where I am working for a local non-profit.

I called them and they asked me to communicate with them on WhatsApp and to send them my passport and drivers license there. I did that. They asked me questions, I answered truthfully that I had been working in Ukraine. As soon as they heard this they said they would not offer me a car.

I offered them a €5000 deposit and they agreed.

The next day I asked them if they could give me some assurance that they would return the €5000 once I returned the car.

Not only did they not answer my question, but they responded with an insult:

“The car costs 12000€, I need a assurance that you take back the car”

I had already given my passport and drivers license… I have been renting cars for 25 years and I have been treated with suspicion, it was a bizarre thing for them to say especially after I offered such a huge deposit, which they verbally accepted.

I asked again for some assurance that they would return my €5000 when I returned their car. They refused to answer me.

Extremely unprofessional outfit.
