Attention to the detail, exceptional both food and the service that made our afternoon unforgettable. Plus a view overlooking lovely town of Nitra. Pay them a visit and you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be definitely back once we’re in town again.

The starter made from duck and duck fat was okay. The apricots served with it added a different taste.

The chicken soup was delicious. The main course including duck and chicken was also perfect. The sauce coming with it was also a good company.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The ambience of the restaurant was cosy and comfortable.

The café is very near the castle. And the scenery is wonderful since it has large windows.

A lovely Cafe positioned under the Nitra castle. They serve food, drinks, deserts. Great views of Nitra city A lovely place, good music & nice lighting. Pleasant service, very helpful. Recommend you call to reserve your table, esp in winter months. There’s outdoor seating in the summer.

Ideal place for lunch, coffe, date...whatever :) High level meals but soup "Boršč" with crispy bread & adds - jalapenio (be carefull ;)) & olive oil are INCREDIBLE... Very nice place based near castle with awesome panorama. Service is professional and restaurant look's clean and tidy. Must visit in Nitra !

A wonderful experience with very attentive staff and delicious dishes. Plus a lovely location and view. The dinner I had was beautifully prepared and I will not hesitate to come again. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Favorite restaurant during my trip in Slovakia. Highly recommend a visit! Nice food, service and atmosphere!

The restaurant is literally under the castle. The interior is industrial and minimalistic (the light are the only thing that I would change) the Ambiente is nice and relaxing. The staff made the visit unique, highly professional. We had vegi tatarák, guláš and duck breast with beetroot and raspberries - everything was delicious. We paid for the dinner and drinks around 30€, the price is fair for the experience. Highly recommend.

A high walk up to the place, but definitely worth it. We had a great dinner!

Not very large so booking is probably best although there is seating on the terrace when weather is favourable. Managed to get a table for six due to a cancellation which they advised us of by phone.
Great location with views over Nitra and all the staff were very good.

Super restaurant with great food and very nice staff. Prices are higher but it's worth of trying. Atmosphere and view is magneficent. I recommend to visit. During summer they are also offering limonades.

This an amazing "coffee" bar, with some of the best food in the city, a hidden jewel underneath the city's biggest landmark, the Nitra Castle. You have from there a beautiful view of the river, the Zovor mountain, and the old town part of the city. Visit this place and you won't regret it.

Castellum Cafe is a great place to be, and the rush on a Sunday afternoon proves it.

The deserts taste great. Coffee is good. Jazz music in the background. A good view. The service is just outstanding. The waiters are prompt, and very professional. They take care of their customers, with a smile on their face, asking if we are liking our food, and if we want anything else to add the pleasure.

The price is higher than the competitions, but I feel it is justified considering what we get in return.

What a great surprise! After unsuccessful meals in a few places in the centre of Nitra, finally a great food in this town! We've had veggie curry and a fish, plus a cake for dessert and all was delicious, light, nicely served and worth its price. Plus contemporary, stylish design of interior.
Highly recommended when you are in Nitra, does not matter you visit the castle hill or not.

It’s the best place to get a lunch or diner in Nitra. Service is very good, the food also very well cooked, and the view is beautiful. The prices are really ok for what they offer. We paid for two persons €52, which is very reasonable.
Definitely worth the visit.

I liked the duck a lot, and the cheese cake was a good finish. Friendly staff.
