My favourite Starbucks in Bratislava! I have been here at least 50 times over the past year, and I have never been disappointed. The drinks and service are always top-tier (I speak English, that never is an issue), and the vibe inside the store is always great with good music and friendly staff.

They also are dog friendly, which is really great. Most of the time when I go in and sit down, I get offered a water bowl for my dog.

This was my first Starbucks visit and I'm glad I did visit it. The coffee is the best I've ever had and their trademark Frappuccino is the best iced coffee in existence! The coffee shop within the Aupark shopping centre is quaint and really nice to just sit and relax in with really comfortable seeting.

We bought two croissants with ham and cheese, the staff was friendly and heated it up for us. Great service.

I visit this branch 4-5 times a week and I must say the staff and the place itself grew on me immensely. The guys behind the till are always friendly and it's lovely to have a casual chat with them about what they got up to during their off time or how are things. I always feel welcomed and I never had a bad experience here so not sure what are the other reviews on about. Reminds me of the good old days in London when I was a barista and had the opportunity to chat with regular customers. Love coming here to read and I bring my friends here as well since its so relaxing and a great place to have a lengthy conversation. Thank you guys for all your hard work ❤

Great coffee.... friendly staff... shame about the prices!

Amazing people, customer service, location and place! I have been going to Aupark Bratislava branch for years and has been my favorite since starbucks opened in SK. There’s just comfort, kindness and warmth from the people and the food they offer that is very difficult not to come back to :) My family especially my little one are always welcomed with a smile and a sweet treat! Nothing beats a great customer service - and this is where they standout the most :) Thanks guys and keep it up!!

Starbucks is the same nearly everywhere, customer service is what makes the difference and we had a really good experience in this store. Miska, the girl at the till, was super nice and efficient.

Fantastic staff - so patient, attentive, eager to help and explain. Interior is nicely designed. Fast, reliable WiFi. A lot of electric plugs available at convenient places. Overall a great branch!

Aupark SB's staff is simple :-) awesome. Especially girls are everytime very pleasant, professional, with a good mood. It's a nice not just to get a good coffee but also a nice short "smiley" small-talk. They even remeber my name and my preferncies (speaking about coffee :-)). That's ... wow! Great place to come and chill, work, powernap, what ever you need to relax and restart your day. Always nice, helpful and smilling staff. Good coffee and those pastries! Omg, those pastries.

Coffee and staff great! Atmosphere was pretty calming and I enjoyed their WiFi not gonna lie :) In all a very good place to visit after visiting the rest of the shops in the mall to enjoy a drink and to rest.

Baristas were greeting all customers with a piece of delicious cake and a cup of coffee on Friday morning. What a nice touch! Happy Bday STBX and many many more!

i love visiting starbucks because there's always a big amount of coffee, drinks and food you can choose from and i love sitting here either if i'm hanging out with my friends or just working on my PC. i would definitely recommend visiting this place :) another good thing i like is that you can ask the staff to put your drink into a mug, which is good for the enviroment :)
