One of the best place to visit close to Bratislava during hot summer. Inside the cave always stable temperature ~+12C so take the warm clothes with you. Very nice inside, friendly guide and interesting tour. Highly recommended place to visit with or without kids. Car parking placed in 1 km from cave entrance. Put in approximately 30 minutes required to get from parking uphill.

It is very interesting cave 30 minutes' drive from Trnava. There are many stalactites and stalagmites. It is quite cold in the cave, regardless of the season, around 7-8 C. It is about a kilometer to walk from the parking lot. The entrance fee is 9 euros. No card pay is possible but cash only. A photo or video in the cave costs 7 euros. The tour starts every hour and lasts about 40 minutes

Very nice caves with a guided tour, although in Slovak my wife translated the main features. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area but be aware the walk from the car park is steep & lots of steps the last part. Only negative was a charge of 7 euros yo take photos. I feel 1 or 2 euros would provide the attraction with more takers.

Cave is roughly 1km walk through forest up a small hill to get to the cave from the parking lot. Parking is 2 euros for a car. Admission is every hour starting at 10 until 16. Toilets are available close to entrance to the cave. There is a restaurant close to the parking lot. Cave itself is very nice although it only takes about 40 min for whole tour. Some postcards and small refreshments are available to buy in ticket booth. I reccoment to visit also Smolenice castle if you are visiting the cave.

It is a great cave to visit with so many formations to see inside. The tour guide was knowledgeable and spoke very good English. They gave the tour to us in English (very much appreciated for their flexibility). I hope they can get more visitors. Saw a couple of bats sleeping inside.

What a beautiful place!! The hike to the cave was uphill which was lovely but it was quite warm when we went so I recommend having some time to walk up to the cave.
The guide was amazing....I didn't catch her name but she did the tour in Slovak and then also translated all in English!!! She was amazing so knowledgeable and interesting,
Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

The cave is worth a visit. The is a large car park at the bottom of the hill and they charge 2 euros to park there which is OK but take only cash. From there it is about 1 km quite steep up hill path so take that into consideration if you have small kids or tickets in advance for specific time of the tour. Just before you reach the cave entrance there are some toilets with all you need except for running water so nowhere to wash your hands.
The cave is really beautiful inside but if you have a large group then in some places not all people fit and the guide has to wait for people to pass to next section and repeat herself/himself. So I would recommend them to limit the groups to max of 20 people. The entrance fee 9 euros (at the time of writing) is OK and they take only cash but the charge of 7 euros for taking pictures inside the cave is quite excessive in my opinion.

Very nice cave, not too big. The only one in Western Slovakia. We ran into difficulties with one member of our group and got great help from personal.

Beautiful, most approachable cave for children, stunning. Great for a trip in western Slovakia, if english guide required, there is a need to call before the visit. Parking about 1km away from cave, 15 to 20 minutes of hiking through steep route with quite a few stairs at the end. Temperature in cave is about 7-8 celsius even in summer, bring some long sleeve.

Nice cave, actually the only one on west Slovakia that's opened for public. You can take also small kids with you as it's not that hard track

The hike to the entrance from the parking space is quite steep so I advise to get here 20-30 minutes ahead(even thought we did it in about 10) if you do not want to be out of breath chasing the start of the exhibition. The cave it self is i bit small but quite beautiful.

Stunning cave with much to see, takes around 15 minutes with a tour, takes a bit of walk to get there so bring hike shoes but deffinitely worth it.

Short and easy walk to the very nice cave. We got a private tour for only the two of us, since there were no other people there at 10am. The guides english was pretty good. Thank you!
