Alej Restaurant Bojnice

We went to the restaurant at the weekend and got a free table straight away. We had soup, main course and dessert, all delicious. Modern surroundings, polite service. I recommend the place.

One of the best restaurants I have been too when it comes to quality of Food, Service and Design. I repeat a old review: just pick anything and it will be good. My personal pick is the: lunch menu or the beetroot risotto and the mini fried donuts with caramel sauce. It's an absolute hit.

Such a fantastic restaurant! We were a group of 6 and all of us loved the dishes. Can recommend the salmon-beetroot risotto. Menu was in Slovakian but we managed to translate :)

Alej is by far the best restaurant in Bojnice. They have amazing fresh food, great fish, risotto, meat dishes, and I love their desserts. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s hard to travel with kids but this place pleased the adults as much as the kids. Don’t be scared that the menu is in Slovak. Point to anything and it will be amazing. While true, you can also just ask for an English menu. Set on a pedestrian zone the atmosphere was quiet and has clear views of Bojnice castle.

Restaurant is located on the main street coming down from the castle in fairly old looking house, but everything inside is brand new and very well decorated. Super polite personel greets you straigt away, after you sit down and order meal, you get a small appetizer (we had awesome garlic spread). Meal was honestly an experience, I really did not expect it to be so good. Prices were higher than usual however well worth the quality of meal. Portion sizes were adequate but to be honest, I was still a bit hungry (but I have a pretty big appetite in general). Give this place a visit if you are in the area looking for a great meal and you are not afraid to pay for quality.

Food was damn goood. Sous vide pork TENDERlion was so... tender. Almost as a mango sorbet served along the brownie, but I didnt have a chance to take a photo of this dessert. That is mandatory, I dare you. Oh god!

Fantastic place! We have really enjoyed this joint. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially loved the design - clean, simple style. And what can I say about the food, simple look should say more than any words :-) next time we are in Bojnice, we will visit you again! Thanks for wonderful experience.

Cute restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food. Ordered beef ragout with naan bread and it was delicious. Amazing decor to keep your eyes busy. Love it ❤

Outstanding gourmet meals seasoned in a balanced and delicious fashion. Stop searching for a restaurant - the Alej restaurant will not disappoint. This was by far the finest meal we had anywhere in Slovakia. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent quality and preparation.

The restaurant is located next to the pedestrian zone in the centre of Bojnice. Easy parking. Very nice to sit outside to enjoy the surrounding and all the people. Also inside it is very cosy!

Very kind and profesional waitress, food is delicious and exotic bit pricey but it's worth it.

Very nice, modern restaurant. The food was good, especially the naan bread. The only thing they need to improve on is their mojito. Definitely not enough sugar. But other than that worth the visit.
