Guys from TRIV and their business partner Crown relocations did an excellent job moving us from abroad (outside EU) back to Slovakia. They have assisted with customs documentation and ensured that the cargo arrived at my address within the same day as it landed in Bratislava.

I have used TRIV for a recent transport within Europe. The company is professional, responding to needs and flexible to adapt to your situation. During both loading and unloading, the staff was very efficient, friendly and fast while at the same time ensuring that the furniture is well packed and protected. The management is always responding very quickly to emails and ensures that all the arrangements (e.g. parking permits, etc.) are ready before the move.

We've moved away from Switzerland to Slovakia after a few decades, so the whole life-changing process was everything but easy.

Our biggest question was how to proceed administratively and physically with all that stuff we had after so many years??? We've contacted ~10 different transportation companies from CH and SK and got horrible offers, reaching from 3x higher prices up to rude incompetency, so our transport fears were quite real - until we've found TRIV at the end, thanks God!

We had over 600 moving boxes and quite heavy huge pieces: 10+ TRIV guys were packaging us for 3 days, in frost and snow, frozen garden, icy roads.. As Switzerland is not in EU, the whole admin process is quite cumbersome, but TRIV had all the admin forms prepared in a nice PDF document and helped us to handle all the nitty-gritty details with ease.

We've left CH with my wife one day sooner than TRIV packaging was completed, to be as soon as possible at our new home in SK and we had to rely 100% on TRIV to complete everything without us being around.

Later in SK, they've brought all the stuff into our new house, put every piece and box at the right place, as we were instructing them. They've also installed all the furniture and cabinets as it was before in CH.

I would like to express our big THANK YOU to the TRIV moving team and to Mr. Vojcak, who led the project remotely from SK and gave us much support and confidence, that everything will be fine at the end 😁!

Triv moved us from Prague to Vienna. Everything was excellent - they provided us with packaging materials for the part of the things we wanted to pack ourselves and then they very carefully packed all the tech and kitchen devices. Communication with Anton was great, the moving guys were all very sweet and professional. They even came to pick up the empty boxes after we were done with unpacking. Would definitely use Triv again.

We moved with them twice. First, in 2018 from Hamburg to Istanbul. And recently from Beelen in Germany to Zürich. We are always surprised how good they pack everything so nothing gets damaged. We moved from France to Austria with Triv in July during a heatwave. From the first contact Triv were very professional. Anton was able to estimate our cubic meterage via video link. On the day of the move we were kept up-to-date as to the team's ETA. The team were very polite and efficient. They took care of all our possessions protecting everything with padded blankets bubble wrap and "cling film". It took all day to load the truck in 40 degree heat. A week later the team turned up at our new home in Austria at 08:00 and unloaded our furniture quickly and efficiently. Thank you Triv for making our move stress-free. We would certainly recommend Triv to anyone looking to move internationally.
