Authentic food, you have to ask to make the food spicy if you want it spicy in advance. Portions are big enough to make you full, I'm so full now I cannot breath :D
Pleasent personal. Pakora is the best in the town

Lovely food and service. My go-to for veggie samosas. Love to return again & again. Tried their aloo Gobi today and loved it. Not to mention the wondeful freshly baked naan bread. 100%reccomend.

I definitely recommend visiting. Everything from the food to the service was great (the best curry I’ve ever had)

Delicious and beautifully served food, amazing, friendly, and caring stuff.
I've not only eaten well but I've also found out a little about Indian culture.
I highly recommend it.
Warm greetings from Poland.

We had a nice time in the restaurant. The atmosphere with the Indian music creates a really authentic vibe. I definitely recommend the bowl for 2, you get to try a lot of things for a relatively low price.
But beware, also meals marked as mildly spicy are in my opinion very spicy 😊

An awesome Indian restaurant, quiet and welcoming. I very much enjoyed the experience. As for the food, I do believe it is cooked by native people, thus it is excellent. Price can seem higher, but it is definitely worth. As a cook myself, I appreciate the choice of meals provided. Only a little tip that you should know is that waiters don't speak Slovak, but the communication went smoothly anyway. (On top of it, English was the common language, so no one should have troubles in today's era.)
TL;DR Great place, value for money, quality food, 10/10.

The wife and I both visited here for our lunch yesterday.
It's in a very out of the way spot but not too far from the train station.
Wife had a Masala Tea which she said was excellent.
For food she had the Matter Paneer which was really tasty although a little on the mild side. The portion of rice and naan that came alongside were the perfect size along with the curry.
I had the Chicken Biryani. The flavours were great. My only criticism is the chicken. It was chicken breast which isn't the best choice for a biryani as it dries out too easily in what is already a dry dish. It was mostly ok but some pieces were getting towards overcooked. Chicken thigh would make this an excellent dish.
Service was very good. The tandoor is outside so if you get to watch them make the breads etc.
Recommended if you're in Bratislava looking for a good Indian restaurant.

Went to this restaurant for lunch during my short trip to Bratislava, the food was amazing with the staff making sure that he curated it as per our requirements. Must visit if you are looking for an authentic place for some Indian cuisine.

We were touring Bratislava and had a sudden urge to eat Indian food (esp as we had not traveled to India for almost 2 years). Decided to try Masala Darbar based on reviews. Definitely did not disappoint. The staff was friendly. There was a little wait for food, but we weren't in a hurry (the beer provided company). We ordered samosas as starters and they were good & hot. The Paneer Kadai was superb. Adequately spiced and the paneer was soft. The dal fry was also good. Both dishes come with rice and naan. (Its called naan, not naan bread). The portions were decent. We then ordered masala chai. The serving style was unique in a tea pot. It wasn't very expensive and they accept cash/card. The only suggestion I'd make is to adorn the walls with some photographs or motifs of India (and not just Taj Mahal.)

Food was 10/10, a perfect harmony of taste and spices very well balanced. For Bratislava this is one of the better indian restaurant. The service was cool too 🤗
I was very poitevely surprised by this restaurant. Also they have great tap Bakalař beer, which is quite rare and fits very well with the indian food.

Pros: The food was delicious, the samosa and the chicken tikka massala were so tasty. The naan was really fresh. I’ll order them again.
Cons: the drink selection is limited and the rice could be better (didn’t feel fresh).

Excellent 👌👍 Food is wonderful!
For starter I recommend fish pakora. If you don't know what to choose for main course try menu for 2 person.

Great place hidden in a quiet street. Food is delicious with extensive menu for everyone. You can chose how spicy you prefer your meal and they even serve Kofola! Subtle authentic music in the background is a nice touch. The outdoor space is spacious and airy, but some Indian style decor would definitely add to the whole experience. Overall we were all pleasantly impressed.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The location is very good, near the Old town and the centre of the city, although you might have some problems to find it. The food was excellent, very tasty. Everything I’ve eaten there so far was just absolutely delicious. It is very enjoyable restaurant with very nice service.
