Great shop! I bought three pairs of climbers socks and they are very well done. Took only a couple days to send it to Spain. My cyling shoe size is 45 and I bought the socks in sixe xxl. In my opinion they are better (and thicker) made compared to the socks from Pongo (UK brand).

Chvilu som predajnu hladal, kedze nie je vidiet z ulice. Treba prejst cez parkovisko pri tusim azijskej restauracii. Je to parkovisko s rampou hned vedla objektu (su tam inak parkoviska dve, len jedno ma rampu). Je som si bol len vyzdvihnit tovar, ale zaroven tam mali vystavene aj kusky z ich produktoveho portfolia. Ten, kto si chce veci najskor vyskusat, myslim, ze si pride na svoje. Personal bol v pohode, pani bola ochotna. Platit kartou sa v danom case nedalo (tusim technicka porucha), ale inak by sa platit malo dat. Za mna bez vyhrad. Cyklooblecenie je kvalitne, takze super.

Nach einem Sturz war mein ein Jahr altes Trickot komplett zerrissen. Leider konnte es nicht mehr repariert werden, aber ich erhielt einen Rabatt von 50% auf ein Neues. Die Leute waren super nett und zuvorkommend.

Ideálna kombinácia = pekné produkty a skvelý zákaznícky servis

Super prístup a ochota poradiť a vysvetliť.
Môžem len vrelo doporučiť. 😉😉😉

What a disappointing experience! I first came across Isadore when GCN features them in one of their documentaries regarding gravel riding apparel. I saw some mixed reviews thereafter, but overall most feedback was positive. I ordered some kit for an upcoming race and initially the experience was very positive – responsive customer service and the product looked ok…unfortunately this didn’t last. I bought a pair of signature bibs, after only one heavy use the stitching on the steams started to fail. I wrote to Isadore with some urgency as I had another multi day ride approaching and needed them. Zuzana, the customer service representative eventually replied telling me they can be easily stitched (seriously), but I suppose as a gesture of goodwill agreed to replace them! Several days later the product was finally sent out by courier. It arrived the day before my departure of my ride and Isadore had managed to send the wrong product in the wrong size - thank you! Fortunately I had a pair of my trusty castelli which finally saved the day.

Imagine when I wrote to complain I received no response from Isadore. When I posted my complaint on their IG page it was deleted, when I reposted my account was
Blocked.

Moral of the story – stick to a brand you know and trust and has a strong track record! Thanks Isadore, but no thanks!
