Camping Slovakia

Very nice spot. We set up our tent under a tree and played with the goats. We enjoyed home cooked dinner for 7.50 euro each. Camping was 15 euro. Clean showers and restroom. Peaceful place to sleep. The owners are great

We visited the campsite of Mark and Betty with our teardrop caravan and fell for it completely. It's so peaceful and quiet, the owners are so welcoming and nice... It's unique. The site is huge, the campers and tents are far away from each other and the views are amazing.
There's a big forest the children can explore to get the wood for the fire where everybody gathers. The starry night is amazing because it gets really dark. Shooting star spotting guaranteed!
We slept in our own tent, but the glamping tents looked very good. Each with their own amazing view. There's a kitchen, good bathroom, free WiFi and a living room guests can use.
We hope to be back one day!

So glad we stopped by this camping. Each part of the camp site is really beautiful and peaceful. Everywhere around there are plenty of animals. Also the owners make you feel at home, and if you feel like it you can join them at the fireplace at night.

The campsite is in a wonderful location; away from busy roads and surrounded by forest, yet only a short drive to the nearest village, which has shops, petrol station and a restaurant.
Facilities are unusually good; access to fresh water and electricity hook ups, a kitchen for washing up, a lovely large bathroom with warm shower and flushing toilets, free WiFi, a communal campfire and lounge area. It is also possible to have your own campfire at your tent.
The hosts are very welcoming. They take time to get to know their guests and work hard to meet their every need. It is possible to share their wonderful home cooked meals made largely with produce from their kitchen garden.
Mark and Betty can give advice on walks, cycle rides, shops and local attractions.
It's a great place to just chill out and recharge too!
We loved our time there and will definitely be back.

We had a simply great time at Camping & Glamping Slovakia. It is located in the middle of a wonderful countryside where you can endlessly relax and enjoy the nature. If you come with children, they will definitely love the animals - cows, goats, cats, hens and chickens. And importantly - the owners are very very nice and there are all facilities you need and very clean. We would definitely like to come back!

Very nice camping in the middle of no where. We were sleeping under a magnificent sky full of stars listening to the roaring deer in the forest. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. It feels more like visiting familiy than staying on a camping. We warmly recommend staying there. Especially when there renovation are going to be finished soon the place is going to be truly amazing.

A beautiful place hidden in the mountains. The owners are very nice and friendly. The nearby hiking routes are beautiful and can be reached by foot. I can certainly recommend this place to those who want to hide from the civilization and just enjoy the nature. :)

One of the best (maybe the best) Campings we’ve been since we are campers. It’s like you are visiting good old friends and they are happy to have you there. They really care about you. A perfect place to enjoy the loneliness of the slovakien countryside.

Cozy camping on a small farm with a Dutch/Slovenian couple. You can meet the goats, chickens, cows and very social dogs. There is nothing to do in the neighbourhood. For a small extra charge you can join the lunch/dinner.

Very beautiful and quiet place. Mark and Betty are helpful and the place has a friendly atmosphere. We only camped for one night, but rather wish we had planned a longer stay.

I wish i could be there again right now... Betty and Mark are extremely nice and welcoming... We spent there about 10 days and it was fantastic.. The animals, the vegetables, the atmosphere...we miss all of it so much! This should be your next destination no joke!

Perfect campsite, great value for money. Lots of space. Facilities are modern and all work well. Shop and bar on site. Extremely good value for money and close access to the High Tatres.

Amazing hosts, unbelievable peace and quite. Great hikes to villages, ranches and cities. Unbelievable relaxation.
