Kristály Imperial Hotel

We were guests at the Kristály Imperial Hotel, attending the wedding of a cousin of mine at nearby Palm's Pavillion.
Curiously, the occasion also marked our 11th wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday...

Check-in was supposed to be available at 14h00m and we were counting on that. We got the keys to our room even before 12h00m, giving us the chance to settle, rest for a bit and prepare for the ceremony and reception.

Confortable and clean room and bath, beautiful surrounding area (massive park just one minute walking distance), and conveniently close to the wedding venue.

Good solid breakfast with lots of tradicional hungarian options, all of them fresh and very tasty.

Had a couple of expressos and a pint of beer at the terrace, and the service was always remarkable.

Curious fact, it's the oldest running Hotel in Hungary, making a name since 1769.

Will come back again, and recomend, if needed to visit the Tatabanya area.

Lovely staff, great food, nice wellness area to relax after hiking or sightseeing and with great location. Only few minutes walk from the Öreg-tó (Old Lake) where you can visit the Esterhazy Castle, Tatai Vár, the English Garden.

We ate today at the restaurant in this hotel and had a great experience.
The place is calm and atmosphere is perfect. The food was very
good , well decorated and the service was very good and professional. Desserts were excellent , all of this made us very happy and satisfied.
