We come to this hotel twice a year during last 4 years and we were never disappointed. Very attentive and kind staff, very nice wellness, rooms are not luxurious but has everything you may need. I hope it continues this way ☺

Great location, great customer service, nice and clean room, very good facilities; hot tub, saunas, swimming pool, massages for an additional fee, games room, ski storage room for guests, nice restaurant with good food and again A+++ service, traditional Slovak restaurant located within permises to extend your experience. Lack of kettle in our (family) room didn't destroy the stay and had no impact on the rating- we were as happy as larry! We can recommend it to everyone!!

Great hotel with exceptional staff. Really go out of their way to help, at the reception, in the restaurant, everywhere. Great facilities incl spa and tennis court. Take the apartment with balcony if possible.

V hoteli sa nám páčilo, izby mali všetko,čo sme potrebovali(chýbali detské župany,skrinka na topánky, vešiaky na bundy). Boli sme s 3 deťmi, ocenili sme aj detský kútik. Reštaurácia dobre, raňajky veľmi dobré,personál veľmi milý,welnes paráda. Radi sa vrátime.

Pozitíva:recepčná príjemná, hotelová izba super, bazén a wellness super, nebolo veľa ľudí, tri sauny, fínska a 2 parné, postačujúce, prostredie pekné, cyklotrasy super, raňajky dobré
Negatíva: koliba vedľa hotela, otras večera, boli sme hladní, surové kurča, rebierka ako keby spred troch dní a to my zjeme všetko a nie sme vyberaví

struttura di impianto socialistico,ma rinnovata quasi per la totalità,comunque un bagno nel passato non fa mai male,tranquillità,pulizia ok,ottimo il ristorante con anche colazione alla carta,il centro wellness è bello,pulito e moderno,qualche sorriso in più non gusterebbe
