Hotel Štefánik

We had a misunderstanding in that we thought the hotel was in Piestany - It's not! Myjava is a long and expensive taxi ride from there. However Myjava is a nice town and the hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was fantastic, and came with our room!

I only came here for breakfast. 12€. Enjoyed the food. Nice clean and quiet place. Daily lunch 7.20€. Really good price for 4* hotel. Toilets clean a good smell. If you want to come and have a breakfast, I think in Myjava it's a first choice.

This rating is for the health spa which is located in the hotel and open to members of public to book either normal session (about 18 euros per adult) or for a private hire which is slightly more. You need to call the reception to book a session. It is a very cosy and testfully designed space. There are 3 saunas: swedish, steam and infrared and jaccuzzi. There is a heated mosaic bench and loungers to relax. I visit the spa everytime I am in the area and it is always sparkling clean and very relaxing. A perfect place to recharge and it is never crowded. In fact, in all my visits felt like I had the place to myself which was great. There is also a gym above the spa and an option to book a massage with a therapist.

Due to leaving the hotel all week before the normal breakfast timings (07:00-10:00) the staff was so kind and made an exception and opened breakfast at 06:15, which is very generous of them. Also for the colleagues that left before 06:15, they became a breakfast to go. (Bag with sandwiches, fruit and drink. Recommended 👌🏻

Very nice staff. Rooms are spotless and nicely decorated. View is not that great as it is situated in the town surrounded by block of flats.
Food is good and portions are good size for the price.

Luxury place to stay with amazing spa and great restaurant

Nice big rooms, free usage of the wellness centre during the week, good breakfast, excellent service. What more could I ask for?

Perfect! We had a small wedding at this lovely hotel, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Decor is very nice looking with cozy atmosphere. Food was great and guests also liked great wine selection and tasty beer from small brewery Erb. Staff was very helpful, especially manager who helped a lot with organisation and everything. Even with big event happening in the town, we had free parking for our wedding guests. So I fully recommend, best choice in this part of the country.

Good location, in the middle of the city, fitness is so so, very poor breakfast

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had a lovely meal at the restaurant.

The food was delicious. The service (waiters) was very good. We really enjoyed our time here.

Wheter you order spaghetti with shrimps, vegetarian burger or hot chocolate, all is delicious and the staff is professional and very well mannered! Always happy to be back!
