Lesopark Brezina, ktorého súčasťou je aj náučný chodník Sever, je prekvapujúco rozsiahly. Svojimi mnohorakými lesnými cestičkami budí dojem, že civilizácia je ďaleko a pritom centrum Trenčína aj s hradom je na dosah po pár kilometroch.

The path was market well and educational stands were interesting. As was written in the begining, the path is cca 1,4 km long and the end is on the unmarked crossroad, so people who are not local may be surprised and confused where to go after it. Nearby is a Štefánikova vyhliadla, lovely view point above the city. You can see from there half of the Trenčín city, rive Váh and mountains surrounding the city. Love the place.
So after visiting the view, take the wide road to Hotel Veverica and from there you can follow another marked path or road to the city. Enjoy!
During my walk the path was muddy, so after rainy days its better avoiding it.
