Hi, I'm a regular customer of nail salons past years. I tried this one and below is my review. I was hesitating about writing it. But my past 2 experiences left me stunned and with the ruining of my handnails, injuring my feet with blade and lack of professionalism, I decided to share my experience.

Service: acrylic manicure and pedicure

Review:
- Cutting too much skin from my feet (not only dead ones, but healthy ones as well), which now two days after is painful, plus there are visible irregular shapes on my feet.
- 3x1 cm cut by razor to my feet while scrubbing it, which caused much blood and interruption of a pedicure. When the lady cut me she continued with the procedure, there was a lot of blood running from my feet, plus it was painful as there was sail scrub. I was in shock (I couldn't believe that this was happening and there was no professional reaction from employees, she continued after going through it by tissue with some chemical once, like nothing happened), after a few seconds I said stop, and there was visible blood passing from my leg to water tank. (After I put on my shoes, the lady apologized and I didn't need to pay for the service.)
- poor quality, the manicure couldn't last more than 2 days (there are small parts of nail polish ripping from sides)
- the tools, especially for cuticles and feet, were not sanitized, I could see the lady after finishing my nails put them right back into the holder for the next client.
- poor Slovak language and lack of understanding, for example: the technician left an empty spot on my nails without nail polish. I showed her and besides putting nail polish there she made my nails shorter to get rid of mistakes.
- The lady didn't ask which shape I liked before cutting my nails, which caused them to be too short.
- Weaken my hand nails. The technician went with a nail drill too many times and my handnails started hurting. I said "auch" more than 6 times during the session. Plus my nails on my hands are too thin now and easy to get broken. It'll take time to recover.

I hope this feedback helps to improve the quality of service.

I went to get a pedicure, I have never seen a worse and worse place in my life !! The lack of sanitation is completely, she even wanted to clean my heels without changing the blade, of course I refused, I didn’t clean my nails, 10 minutes the pedicure was ready! The staff is not friendly, boorish that which did, left an unpleasant aftertaste !! I do not recommend!!!! better go further and to another place!!!Salon Katostrofa 13.05
