So službami som nadmieru spokojný. Dievčatá v Auparku sú vždy usmiate a ochotné poradiť a pomôcť s výberom. Či sa jednalo o drobné úpravy, výrobu na zákazku alebo priamy predaj, vždy sme našli spoločnú reč. Môžem iba odporúčať.

Veľmi príjemný obchod a milá obsluha. Možnosť dať si vyrobiť šperk (napr. prsteň) na mieru.

Oprava šperkov síce dlhšie ale kvalitne

Šperky pekné, ale panie za kasou sa tvária akoby tam boli nasilu.
Aby toho nebolo málo, tak pri kúpe prsteňa mi povedali, že mi dávajú 10€ poukaz na další nákup, plus že na celý nákup mám 8€ zľavu, tak som sa potešil. Na bločku však žiadnu zľavu nevidím a za 10€ kupón som si zaplatil a nebol to teda žiaden dar.

i was in a shop to buy a pair of wedding rings. we agreed to buy the rings and we left down payment of 50% of the price. nobody in the shop told us there will be any added cost to the total price of the rings. in the next days i was called from the Aupark shop 2 times, being blackmailed to pay 40 euros for my rings to be done on time or i will have to wait 3 more months!!! after i rejected, they called to say they were wrong?? the rings were done and when i came i needed to pay 13% more than what we previously agreed. with an explanation that this cost was added because there was added a total of 4% of gold to the weight of the rings. which was 9% more than actual cost of added gold. not transparent, they rig the prices. rings were never weighted on a scale, they got the prices from a book!!!
