Prior to today, I had a negative outlook on HomeBox due to a few unfortunate experiences in mutiple stores as of late, but I decided to give HomeBox one last chance since I like their furniture.

My experience today with this branch and 1 of it’s emplyees called Eidah fundamentally swayed my view and I would consider myself a recovered customer thanks to her.
She was hospitable, adept, and supported me throughout my entire shopping session.
I went in just to have a look, and maybe purchase a bed… I ended up buying a whole bedroom and a 4-seater dining table while feeling content because of Eidah’s guidance.

I always believe in giving credit where credit is due, and Eidah deserves all of it. Much kudos to her.

I would also like to praise Abdulrahman, he was friendly and solid as a cashier.
