Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche

I would like to thank you for the hospitality and pleasant stay especially the valet service, reception, and restaurant. The hotel location is perfect. I would like to thank especially Ahmad AlEssa for providing the “babies travel cot” ASAP.

However, I have some negative feedback regarding the fact that the hotel has a sea view without providing access to the beach for your guests. Other hotels when they talk about sea view rooms, they usually own the part of the beach in front of the hotel. This is not the case with the Sofitel hotel al Khobar! Also, some of the TV channels don’t work and there is no sports channels to watch football matches. I hope the above comments get fixed for future stays in your respected hotel.

Exceptional hotel with top-notch service.

Every staffs, including Mr. Dhaher at the club lounge and the room cleaning staff Ali, were incredibly kind and professional. Grateful for their hospitality.

Also, I express my gratitude to the reception staffs who went above and beyond for warm hospitality and customer convenience.

Will definitely stay again

We conducted a training session in a meeting room for 15 and the place was great and spacious and the team was available and attentive to our requests throughout the day. It was one of the best customer service I had in Khobar, and the view was spectacular. The lunch was the best I ever had in a hotel buffet, it felt like an elevated home made meal, so delicious and the variety offered meets everyone’s taste. It is the best experience compared to previous experiences with other hotels. The team was so kind to make sure that we leave with the a memorable experience and offered a complementary cake to celebrate the last session of the training. Highly recommended for your company engagement, they will never disappoint, Thanks to Hassan and the team.

The best hotel i have ever visited. Clean rooms with view at the sea. Delicious breakfast and luxurious gym-spa services. All the people working there where so nice and will make your staying at the hotel an amazing experience!

The waiter Mr. Lester, Mr rick and Mr. Jason. they assisted us throughout our dining experience. It was the best dinning experience we had in a long time. Good food and great service💯

Welcoming staff and extremely accommodating. Kenneth, Rick, Lester and Joshua gave us an almost VIP treatment and that was unexpected. Definitely will comeback to this place and will recommend to my social media followers. It’s a must try experience, if you guys would love to treat yourself for something spectacular then this is the place to be.

We had a sea facing room. Beautiful view. Although the hotel doesn't have a private beach, it is 5 minutes walk to the corniche. Just sitting in their coffee room costed about 180 per person, which is very weird. Room was cold, but we were provided with a heater , promptly, on demand. Overall a good experience.

the hotel is perfect, the stay was comfortable and especially Mr Mahdi was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with night food service and light issue. thank you so much and great service.

One of the key aspects that I’ve noticed was that they gave such outstanding services. Likewise, they also treat visitors with a warm welcome, respect, and punctuality. John Carlo, Jason, and their supervisor Joshua has been present to assist us in achieving a comfortable atmosphere.

We really had a good time last night! The seafood buffet was superb! It was our first time goin to Sofitel ( Cafe Chic ) and it’s incredibly delicious highly recommended! Accommodating staff as well. I would love to give thanks especially to Mr. Khalil Marwin for recommending the buffet! Thank you so much and for sure we will be back! Would love to try the Kabayan Nights as well! 🙏❤

We had a family lunch party at Sofitel corniche today , the food ,the service , the ambiance and everything else was amazing and high quality

One of best coffee shop is cafe bijou inside of Sofitel hotel. There coffee was very nice taste and awesome presentation. Service was very excellent Lester very friendly and accommodating. big 👍

The staff are always available and will attend to your needs and will not keep you waiting.
Special mention to the following waiter to did help me from start to end. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend.

My colleagues and I were here on a business trip. The hotel, the rooms and the staff here are truly wonderful! The room service is consistently excellent. Today, Padam from the room service team surprised me with a special Valentine's Day decoration! It was incredibly stunning and thoughtful. The restaurant staff are equally attentive, going above and beyond to guarantee a top-notch dining experience. A big shoutout to Padam, Carlo, Ace, Junnel, Masoud, Ric, Jayson, and Oday for making our stay exceptionally memorable!

The service is amazing everyone is prompt , especially I want to appreciate the lady shully you assisted us during the breakfast she was very polite and good with her work , prompt and always quick . I want to appreciate the other staff as well . Overall the experience was wonderful.

My husband and I together with our friends availed the Valentine's day promo of SR 299 per couple. We want to thank the wonderful staff who made our evening perfect, their service, friendliness and accomodation- Lester masoud kenneth ace rick and marwin. The food was delicious and has wide selection. We love the live band and their music selection as well. God bless!
