Bought Surface Pro 7 here. A week after I purchased I received a text from Extra telling me the price had dropped by SAR500 (year end sale) , and to make me a happy customer, they give me a month to get this money back. I am totally impressed. Took me less than 5 mins to get SAR500 back when I popped up at Extra store Jubail.

Poor marketing used mobiles and repacked accessories had bad experience not once twice.

Sorry to Say but they don't care for customer and that's why people don't buy things and unfortunately purchase they claim warranty with in 3 weeks.

Extra is a very good store where you can buy anything without worrying of the quality of the product or say is it genuine or not because extra sells 100% genuine products.there is only one store in jubail and it is very far from jubail center.there should be a store in this area also.
