I had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental Al Jubail! The service was impeccable, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jubail.

Lovely hotel whatever you travel purpose. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting customers in the region and everything in the hotel was excellent. You definitely have to try Al Diwan Lebanese restaurant - superb! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, if you need a haircut or a shave while you’re there go and see Ali the hotel barber :)

Location is great. Beach is very user friendly. Water sports and speed boats missing, though mentioned in description. Staff very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast menu can improve. Overall a wonderful experience.

From the moment we were seated, Ajay in Aldiwan greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. He were attentive and took the time to explain the menu, providing helpful recommendations based on his knowledge of the dishes. I’d rate him 1000 star out of 10.

The hotel is old but well maintain as they are equipped with modern appliances and decorated with a modern look feel. The staff are so accommodating servicing their guest with a smile.

They have a private beach where you can enjoy with such a nice music.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail, and despite its slightly aged exterior, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room's remarkable infrastructure. The quality of the amenities, furnishings, and the general upkeep of the room exceeded my expectations.

What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Very professional staff.

I just returned from an extremely relaxing few days at this property. Three particular things really stood out: 1) the level of service and friendliness of staff - every single person I dealt with provided an impeccable service, always with a smile; everyone from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave showed genuine care about our comfort. 2) the cleanliness and condition of the rooms - the hotel has been around for several decades and I always expect cleanliness and condition of rooms to have deteriorated over the years. Not the case at all - the room was SPOTLESS and although the style is quite classic, everything was in perfect condition, feeling almost brand new. 3) the Food! I am always anxious by hotel food - not here. The food is fresh, tasty, huge portions, and genuinely a good meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great stay.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend it to others.

Best hotel and resort ever, it’s quite nice. I like to visit it time to time. The reception lady was very kind she’s name is Reem. They are very friendly and helpful. 👍

It was a wonderful experience at the intercontinental, they treated us with such kindness and respect. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Restaurants are wonderful and the breakfast has many great options. We would definitely come there again. Many activities are available to do and we can't wait to try the rest of them.

Property is indeed old but managed well. Neat and clean, reception experience was awesome, excellent hospitality and guidance.
Food was good and delicious.
Enough parking space.
For sure recomended to stay.

Great hotel, the breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great! Best thing that they give you cold water for you when you enter the sea. They give towels for both sea and the pool. Also one great feature that in the lobby there is like a fun area, for kids and adults. It contains a ping pong table, ball pool, air hockey, and foosball. Overall, such a great place. I recommend it.
