I have purchase a number of items from the Jeddah store. The service I received from Khaled (who I understand has only recently joined) was excellent. His attitude and willingness to try and find solutions was very appreciated, even though he was very restricted by what he could so by store and management policy - (1) items in stock but not present in store where unable to brought to the store for viewing before purchase, (2) very long waiting for out of stock pieces.

I was leaving the store after a short look around, because i didnt find what i was looking for. Before I exit i met Mr.Waleed Zahrani, a salesman. He asked if he could help, I ended up purchasing 30,000 worth of furniture, more important for me he seved me time and i was very happy with his advice and professionalizm.,
That is a real salesman👌
