The service, the room, the breakfast, everything was on point and amazing. From the A/C not working and having the front desk send someone up at 3am is what I call good service. Their was such a huge variety to choose from when it came to breakfast. It was absolutely 💯 delicious and something I look forward to every morning.

The staff at the reception desk have always been extremely courteous and friendly, and their welcoming attitude immediately sets the tone for the stay. I have always found that the reception staff are efficient in handling check-in procedures, ensuring that guests are quickly settled into their rooms with the minimum of fuss. Importantly, the staff are always willing to offer advice and information about the hotel and its facilities, as well as providing can confidently say that the reception and restaurant staff at the Hilton exemplify the highest standards of warmth, professionalism, and hospitality, making guests feel truly welcome and valued.

One of the best hotel in jeddah .. the location and the room service and the concierge are superb .. the breakfast menu is excellent.. the room is huge and the the view was amazing on the sea and the corniche .. the lobby is huge and the view is amazing to the remand the coffee shop .. all the guys are super helpful and I really enjoy it a lot being there and it won’t be the last time

It is a great place to stay when you visit Jeddha. Women will go next door to the Waldorf for pool and gym facilities. It's a small walk. Good access to the beach and very centrally located.

Nice stay, hotel was busy, waited long time to get my room, but rather than that, all is great.
Neat, clean, quiet, nearby corniche but a bit far from the city center.

It's an excellent Hotel, just get the rooms with the sea view, it's totally worth it. The rooms are great, the location is great, the facilities are great.
The only thing i would like to see improved is the food.

Excellent service by Roel in the fitness spa reception. Went out of his way to ensure I was looked after with it being my first visit. Truly upholding the Hilton excellence. It's Hilton's Honour to have him. ,😁 Thanks Roel.

The room offered ample space, luxury, and comfort. Stayed overnight to conclude Umrah vacation with family to give 5 star waterfront beach accomodation experience.

Amazing hotel. Does not dissapoint. Service was phenominal. Front desk staff were outstanding. Extremely polite and professional. I loved the system of WhatsApp notifications. The location is right on the Corniche and some rooms offer an amazing sea view. My room had a wonderful sea view with a balcony. The scenery was beautiful. I watched the sunset from my balcony. The only issue I had was the electric outlets. There were non near the bed. Only one at the desk for the electric kettle. Other than that my stay was amazing.

I don’t eat omelettes because not every chief can make a good omelette

We stayed here as a family and considered your second home with great Saudi staff at front desk I met Mr. Mohammad alahdal who was very helpful and acting fast with a big smile special thanks to him and Mr.Sameer who arranged an amazing upgrade with perfect sea view room
During our satay we did not face any problems the location and staff plus food was very nice, room was sea view with new furniture and all equipment plus the toilet was very clean and amazing smell with great balcony it’s make your stay unforgettable

Very well-maintained hotel. Only thing to improve is transportation. facing difficulty to call for taxi, concierge help to call but waited for more than 1hr due to traffic. As the road out of hotel is congested.

Everything is great, but kids are all over the place and too loud, even in the executive lounge and on the executive floor, they keep running around as if its a playground!! Otherwise, its a great hotel with great sea view rooms..
