This time my experience was bad at Extra near Jamea, Jeddah. We choose one Laptop staff said its only 1 piece remaining and its on Display, while we are going to Buy they said you have to pay additional 250 Riyals for extented warranty. I refused to get this and they said, without this extendes warranty we cannot sell this.

Buying products in Extra is very practical since their products here are sold cheaper than in other stores like jarir and malls. I bought our phones here, headsets, speakers, laptops and surely they are authentic. The staff is very kind and approachable. The place is huge and spacious, great for shopping.

The most likeable thing about extra they provide mostly anything about the digital world from basic standards to the most complex devices. However, they're a bit expensive, but you get a piece of mind from the knowledge it's an original. Even more, the crew members aren't oblivious, yah some of them need to know more, but in conclusion you can call them good gangs.

Nice store design and good customer service as usual. Extra has really up their game in the last couple of years. Their offers on phones are better than Jarir.

This is the first time I give the 5 star rating coz of the crew care...always I'm facing the problem of extra's crew..you people should educate your staff(didnt care the customer comparative withcompetitor )
