Best place to shop quality products in terms of gadgests, office and even home stuffs, laptops, smartphones, speakers, sound woofers, game controllers, cases and screen protectors, and of course, books. Staff were so friendly and attentive to your needs or concerns. I like how they execute the safety protocols in line with COVID.

I want to underline the speed, efficiency and courteous attitude of the customer service and cashiers who helped me in my exchange today.

Even though it was my mistake ( I took an iPhone 12 mini cover for an iPhone 12 Pro) and even though it was from the sale section, it took 2 minutes from my arrival until my full exchange.

Everybody was welcoming and very polite.
Moreover this is not the branch I visit frequently, i was a passer by.

My favorite place for shopping electronics and books. I trust this place big time. I also like the honesty of people working there. I prefer buying my items from this shop even in cases when prices are higher than other places. It’s a matter of trust and comfort as well.

Nice and average Jarir Bookstore, in my opinion Jarir is the best store in Saudia for books, school supplies and most definitely electronics and gaming needs. I got an Xbox game for an astounding price of 50 sar!! That is the cheapest I’ve spent on a physical video game! Clean bookstore as usual and good employees.

Only comment is, they dont have an English travel section for books as of July 2022. Hopefully that changes

This is not only a good location, but also vastly improved over the years. Their selection is adequate considering the size of the store, and I’ve found that their staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. This is especially true in their computer section, where I’ve found that staff members actually approach customers preemptively to ask what they might need, and the video games section where the employees actually know what they’re talking about.

The major improvement has been their hours. When commercial establishments in Saudi Arabia started dropping the bad habit of closing for four hours in the middle of the day, this location specifically refused to budge; every single day, when the streets were empty and it was the best time to shop without heavy traffic, this location was closed from noon to 4:00pm. It was extremely frustrating from the perspective of customer service and even their own management practice. That has since been amended, however, and the store is open all day long. It’s now very convenient for any book or electronic needs, and it’s easy to get lost in the store while looking through all the shelves.

It’s great! It has everything you need femme electronics to school supplies to books. It also has seating areas upstairs where you can sit and read a book.

Jarir is the perfect store for buying updated books and gadgets. The most trusted shop. Jarir is also well organized in displaying products, exxaregation of sale and full price are in shaped. Reading area for review is also available for customers’ browsing. Its confortable, clean and not crowded.

Jarir is always in quality products. Selection of books, office supplies, gadgets and accessories are all in line.

I’ve been living in Dhahran for almost 30 years and have been coming to the amwaj jarir since it opened. I had the most fantastic experience today with the entire staff. I interacted with staff at the mobile accessories section, the mobile/headphones section, upstairs in the books section and downstairs in the arts and pens department. Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, very courteous and helpful and communicated very well in English (due to my lack of Arabic). Extremely helpful support staff as well as great product support. Have had nice experiences regarding warranty claims. Alhough the prices are a bit higher than the market, the accompnying warrant and support makes up for it.

A huge bookstore which offers its customers the ability to read the books before they buy them. There are electronics, toys and much more things available in the store. The people at the work desk are very helpful and so are the other staff members

Excellent service. Exchanged my beats earphones with new ones after used them for 6 monthes and factory dmage revealed. I have doubt that any other store would do that. I replaced my xbox one x after 8 months of usage due to a factory manufacturing error and they were very helpful and very fast in the replacement procedures, thank you jarir and especially xbox section employees!

Truly more just a bookstore, you can buy many interesting stuff, from crafts tools and accessories to electronics and latest gadgets, they have some good offers from time to time and it's really worth it signing up for their loyalty card as it gives you discounts on almost all future purchases
