Excellent service from Ms. Jhosun! Actually all of them here are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist their customers with care.

Today, I brought my damaged luggage to the store and Ms. Jhosun assisted me with ease. She even convinced me to make my luggage more beautiful which I gladly accepted because she’s very encouraging. She’s a very good ambassador of Rimowa.

The place is very clean and smell good, like any other Rimowa store around the world.

Prices are a bit high but it’s all worth it. I’ve few luggages from Rimowa and they are durable and very stylish. Plus, there’s excellent customer service in case you need one.

I will definitely stay loyal with Rimowa ❤

Great service. The lady is very professional and kind. They got the suitcase handle replaced in under 15 mins and did a full check on the suitcase.
