A very nice clinic, very neat and clean. The doctors and technicians are very friendly with animals.

I called yesterday at 10am as my cat needed to be seen, and they provide me with an appointment in the same day (amazing I know!)
They took care of my cat emergency (he had a minor surgery), and today my cat is happy and much better!

Such sweet staff!!! They give nice discounts for rescued cats!!! Dr. Eugene is the best he truly makes sure you understand everything in the simplest way!!! The prices are pretty ok too!!

It definitely is the best clinic in Jeddah! Specifically Dr. Eugene. He really cares about your pet and walks you through the steps in your pets treatment. Unlike other clinics in Jeddah; who don’t care and only care about the money!

Huge and big store where you can find fine goods for your pets, they have grooming services and medical clinic.
They also do accommodations services for pets while the owners away for vacation while they take care of all pets and animals.
They have fishes sneaks, birds and hamsters as well.
Usually crowded and limited parking spots but the service is always good, even they have coffee beans cafe so you can enjoy your coffee while they finish grooming for your pets or even enjoy your pets company while coffee break with friends.

My dogs life depends on Dr Mohammed Ayman. He is so great, understanding, and gives time explaining everything. Thank you for making me and Charlie feel we are in safe hands.

This business offers pet supplies, healthcare, and a hotel service for your little ones. Bring the kids for a private petting session for free. Staff are knowledgable and friendly.

My 8 year old Dachshund (sausage dog), was feeling very I’ll, panting, and had no appetite.

I took her to IAC for a check up, all though they were very busy, they quickly took Frankie and gave an inspection and X ray.

She needed to have induced vomiting as she had eaten stones, mud and bones.

Dr Mohamed Ayman was amazing, quickly diagnosed her, provided great treatment, and now she’s is feeling much better.

This was my first time at IAC - but they made the process very quick and efficient.

Recently one of my female cats was diagnosed with Mammary Gland Adenocarcinoma

Thanks to Dr. Islam the tumor was discovered at an early stage.

Dr. Islam always take his time to thoroughly examine each of my cats during regular check ups or emergency visits.
He shows interest in what I said and listens to my concerns.
He saved one of my cats life by not giving up and did all necessary tests to find out what caused the symptoms. Long story short one of my cats had Septicemic plague due to bug bite.
Dr. Islam found out the cause of illness and provided the right course of treatment!

i got my bunny neutered at IAC a little over a month ago by doctor thamer, and i was very satisfied with their service. i had absolutely no trouble with my bun’s stitches... no irritation, infection etc. he’s almost healed now.

i would definitely get another bun spayed / neutered here, because i totally trust this clinic with their procedures.

however, i did not like the way that doctor felix handled my bun at the follow-up appointment... he was quite rough and picked my bun up by the scruff which made me so anxious. he still insisted however that it was completely fine. it is extremely dangerous for bunnies to be handled by their scruff or ears !!! please don’t do this again.

They are very professional. They get to the source of your pet's problem.

Dr Felix was so helpful, he was so caring and really friendly. My red-eared slider (turtle) got a really bad eye infection and stoppet eating, she was really unwell and we were very worried about her.
Now, a month later she is completely cured and is much better.
He followed up with her every week (without extra charges!). You can tell he was genuinely concerned and he genuinely cared about our turtle.
It was a great experience with him. I definitely recommend him if you have a turtle.

my 1 year old hamster had 2 lumps on her body. And it was removed successfully. All thanks. Dr. Felix handled her case professionally. now she's healthy and recovering after the surgery. I'm glad she survived through the anesthesia. Thank you

I brought my cat in for a surgery after he fell from the balcony- he had a double break in his front leg and suffered internal bleeding. Dr. Moustafa may Allah bless him did a great job in performing the surgery, and my cat is now much better Alhamdullilah. The staff in the hospital and petland store are incredibly helpful and I've had great experiences every time I went.

We went to see Dr Felix after my bird (quaker parrot) needed stitches because something fell on top of her. He handled it very well. It is a bit expensive but well worth seeing your pet healthy. Also a very nice building and the inside is very clean.

I never thought I would ever have this experience at the vet before. My cat gets very aggressive when scared, so when he hurt his foot, many vets said the only way they can deal with him is by anesthesia. I went to Dr. Tamir, he held him down very well, and my cat didn't look like he was in pain and preferred not to give him any anesthesia. The doctor discussed with me the available options for treatment to see which one fits my cat best.
A great experience, I would have rated it 4/5 because I came for the time of my appointment, and I was delayed for half an hour, but I think it's worth it if I can get this level of care and cleanliness.

Very friendly staff. Our cat is always in safe hands for the regular grooming. A bit expensive for the supplies and pet food though.

The office staff, nurses, and doctors are without a doubt the best around. Dr. Thamer operated on our dog’s eye and we were supported throughout the entire process via office visits and WhatsApp messages. On top of the helpful staff, IAC is also the cleanest vet facility we have ever been to. If you’re in Jeddah and in need of credible vet who is kind, thorough, well equipped, and knowledgeable - look no further than IAC.
