I received a package from Dammam and I was informed that it arrived Aramex Khafji office. I drove from Kuwait to Khafji, according to the working time mentioned at the website the office should been open. Unfortunately I reached there and waited for some time but I had to leave because I needed to go back to Kuwait.

After few days I drive back to Khafji and reached Aramex office and it was open but unfortunately the system was down and therefore they can’t give me my package, I talked to one of the staff and explained to him that this was my second time traveling from Kuwait to Khafji to pickup my package. He asked if I got the Aramex notification email; which I have a screenshot of it, I showed it to him, and he called one of the staff from the storage to search for the package. It was just a 5 min search and I got my package. Many thanks to Mr. Mohammed Alshemery and Mr. Ebrahem Ahmad for their great help.

Best Service ever..Mr Ahmed is very coperative and politely dealing to every customer regardless to thier appearance .
