Millennium Hotel Hail

Certainly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, very spacious it has double-height rooms, depending on the suite you stay in will also have a beautiful view of the city or the desert, the pool is great and the hydromassage as well. Stay tuned because food delivery applications no longer serve on site, so you will need to have your meals at the hotel restaurant, it is also far from the city.

It was amazing stay the only issue is the geographical location otherwise everything is so good and ppl are very helpful and supportive… Fahad and Ahmed in the front desk was so helpful and huge thanks to them

At the reception of the restaurant Sawsan is very professional, attentive to the customer and always with a smile as well as all the staff

Its a luxurious hotel with large, clean and quiet rooms.

Ms. Nora, made sure we clearly understood the hotel policies and assisted is in checking in.

Mr. Ramon (Filipino) was very kind and gave us a mini tour of the hotel facilities.

Shoutout to Mr. Ronnie (Filipino) for making our dining experience enjoyable. He was very courteous and accommodating.

The room service guys (I forgot their names 🤔) were also very courteous and always wore their smiles. It made our stay relaxing.

There is a very wide open parking space around the hotel. There’s both an outdoor and indoor pool. You will also find a jacuzzi and steam bath inside the Gym.

They also have a wide sports area with basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court. Surrounding it was a sort of an oval where you can jog around if you prefer running outdoors rather than the thread-mill in the gym.

The hotel thou is about 20kilometers away from the city center. However, there is no traffic going to and from the city center so this is not much of a concern.

Alim was a really helpful worker, he served me well and helped me have a well accommodation in the hotel.

Good location and facilities, recreation s like pool, sauna , gym is good and great time spent with friends. Clean and big rooms, good service. Value for money spent. Breakfast is awesome and Engineering colleagues are very kind and helpful

Had a wonderful experience here in millennium , the front desk staff was a big part of it , very helpful and friendly.

The size of room was very satisfying. I highly recommend to all go visit this place.

But i think there is somethings that they must considerate as example the smell of the hotel was not the best and they should focus on cleaning the dust.

Amazing hotel with continuous improvements. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and nice facilities. The receptionist Ahmed along with the Chef Yaser deserves a special mention. They consistently went out of their way to address my concerns.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Special mentions to all IT department , they went over and beyond to help me, quick response on my unstable wifi and connections IT department staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. I had a wonderful experience every member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Peaceful place with good comfort. I have been visiting this beautiful place every year in the month of December or January. And yesterday I did check out from the Millennium Hotel. Now the guest occupancy has hovered around 81% which is a good sign. The comforts in the room and lobby and wide garden are awesome. Breakfast is served in a good way.

Excellent service by the crew, sumptuous foods served and the venue is with good ambiance for small party celebration

Great location and facilities, pool, sauna , gym is good and Clean big rooms, good service. Great Value for money spent. specially Duty manager Iyappan is very kind.

I just go with my friends who will pay their advanced booking for staycation here on this coming holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We also went to their indoor pools to check, and we find it beautiful and with room temperature suitable for their guest to enjoy swimming day or night or during winter when the temperature goes negative.
