Great, but pretty far away from most places, and the service is basically non existent

Excellent location and services they provide 👌 rooms are bit old but well maintained. They provide the pass for recreational facilities, KAUST recreational facilities are well maintained/equipped, Island recreation center is the best. Lot's of dining options are on walking distance and the breakfast at the Cozy Cafe was a plus.

Great large and clean rooms right on the KAUST campus. Can only be booked with a KAUST sponsor and by email. A bit on the pricey side, but location is extremely convenient if visiting KAUST for more than a day!

Elegant, clean, and high-quality service.
It is close to Discovery Square. They offer a taxi service to the train station/airport.

Note: if you booked a room you can not cancel it.

Very nice hotel in KAUST campus. The rooms are large, with a hall to work or rest, the bathroom and the actual room. Wifi works well. Breakfast in the third floor is complete, with large variety of fruits, warm options, pastry, etc. It is at walking distance of the university buildings. My room had very nice views to the mosque.

Had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is posh, very clean and very comfortable. Equivalent to a 5-star accommodation.

A very nice place, large rooms, super clean, amazingly friendly staff -- I forgot something in my room that they promptly returned, very pleased with the whole experience.

Very welcoming receptionists. On top of that the rooms are wide & huge. Quite and modern. I'll definitely be staying again :)
