Pottery Barn Jeddah Red Sea Mall -
On December 17, 2023 I approached Pottery Barn employee Ms. Fatima. Upon entering the store and noticed Ms. Fatima working diligently displaying merchandise. I asked did she have wooden stools available or in stock and she immediately started assisting me with checking stock available and while I waited for her I found more items to add to my selection of chairs. She even exceeded her customer relations duties as to offer me additional merchandise that was available and she was AMAZING. Thank you Ms. Fatima for helping me select the gold bronze trays. I asked her how long had she been working at Pottery Barn and she replied only three months. Thank you Ms. Fatima for your extraordinary customer service and In Sha Allah employees everywhere can learn from your awesome attitude with a smile. Also thank you manager Mr. Faisal for your expertise as well. ‘’Always remember look at the customer from the inside not the outside. JazakhAllah Elkeir Ms. Fatima! 😎🌹

My last visit to Pottery Barn was different, I really like the big change in the store and customer service. Everything is organized and the employee helped me to get what I want.Thank you for your great service and keep going like this.

The best staff ever, super helpful and cheerful

My experience with the staff at Pottery Barn Redsea Mall is amazingly excellent. Please allow me to mention names, Ghadeer was very responsive to my queries whether online or at showroom and she provided all details that help clarify my doubts. I also want to mention Razan and Moath on my list, and forgive me if I don’t recall others by names. My iPhone contacts list is growing up because I record phone numbers of the good friends at PB, they aren’t staff or agents to me, Keep up the good work because human relations depend on first impression.

This is very good place but it is more expensive and have it would collection and this year but another price or special discount
