I really enjoy the place, it's a go to for me whenever I travel to Jeddah. The best thing about this hotel is the personnel, always friendly and supportive.
Special thanks to Mr. Salim, who's there every morning when I hit the gym :)

The crew is super friendly and it reflects on the service, they are very welcoming and helpful. Also the pool is enjoyable especially with the help of Salim who makes sure that you receiving a five stars experience.

Stayed here for work. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Rooms were very nice. Food was good. Pool area on the roof was also lovely. Starbucks in the reception was slow but much appreciated.

We loved our stay. The rooms are very clean, the food in the restaurant was very good. We enjoyed it so much.

Nice and large rooms with sitting area making it a nice room when on business trip and have to work and relax in the room.
Breakfast was nice considering a mid-level hotel. Friendly service throughout.
Easy underground parking.
Gym was well equipped but lack floor space to do other than workout on machines.

It was an incredible experience! The welcoming atmosphere, spotless room, and outstanding gym facilities made my stay unforgettable. The staff, including the housekeeping, reception, and gym staff, were fantastic. Highly recommend this nice hotel!

The room was incredibly cozy and kept me warm and comfortable. Working with my laptop was a breeze while sitting on the cozy sofa in the room. The TV was great and the hot shower provided an excellent experience, being both user-friendly and refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, Liton, a housekeeping staff member from Bangladesh, was known for his exceptionally friendly and helpful nature, consistently demonstrating respect towards others. and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic and had a good selection with attentive staff.

Anmar is extremely supportive. He is a professional lifeguard and gym manager who helps guests with passion and a smile. Thanks a lot Centro for appointing such helpful staff.

It was good stay in this hotel,We spent 3 days,and loved,staff are friendly.
Gym and Pool was nice,clean and Salim and Bahasan was amazing,he helped us a lot ,

Smothly checkin bith night reception manager Bahasan,we booked 41 rooms and he managed everyhting fast and correctly,we didint had to wait ,he did his Job perfectly,I would highly recommend you to stay in this hotel,house keeping was good

The services at the gym and spa area are really very good; and I truly appreciate great welcoming attitude and professional hospitality services provided by Mr. Anmar, the gentleman supervising the spa and pool area.

Amazing hotel and staff service. Mr. Salim, the recreation attendant in the gym was very prestative and kind. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is inside the town . You can access most of the city from there in 15-30 mins max.

The receptionists are very professional and helpful.

I just want to share my appreciation for this hotel's quality. As 4 stars hotel (on paper), the quality of room, staff service and food at the restaurant is excellent. Even better than some "5 stars" hotel I used in Makkah/Madina. Definetely will recommend this hotel for future stays in Jeddah. Thanks a lot !!

Anmar was super helpful by the pool and in the gym, he has an excellent attention to detail and offered me everything I needed before I even asked for it.
