The hotel is situated on a busy street; however, the room is equipped with soundproofing, making it very quiet.
The staff at the front desk were very cordial and went out of their way to assist me.
housekeeping can be improved.

The stay was very comfortable. Shout out to Mr. Ebrahim, Housekeeping Supervisor who mended the only 1 thing in the room which needed to be replaced leading to guest delight. :-)

Front desk was excellent. Was helpful and accomodating and hooked us up with a great room. The hotel was very pleasant, clean and modern. Only slight negative was the breakfast was very busy at 10am on a Sunday and food options were limited. But that’s expected for a weekend late morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the reception service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff, particularly Albaraa, Nawaf, and Khalid.

My stay here was excellent, courteous and very friendly staff, especially Mr yaseen, he was so courteous. The hotel is clean and the food tasty. Overall I had a nice time. InshaAllah will love to stay here again. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. The best I have ever experienced. Here are a couple highlights.
*The rooms were clean when we arrived and kept that way.
*Any issue or request we had was dutifully taken care of by simply picking up the phone and pressing 0 to speak with a staff member.
*Chocolate hour is really wonderful, everything was very rich a flavorful.
*Free Wi-Fi worked both in our room and in the lobby just fine.
*Laundry service charges a fee, but got it back to us the next day.
*Rooms were completely quiet, and curtains blocked out the sunlight completely.

Fantastic experience everything I visit here. Sincere and professional staff. The housekeeping supervisor Ibraheem has always been accommodating of guest requests. Goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Over my several visits to the Mövenpick Jeddah, I experienced the genuine warmth of the staff. Over the past couple of months, I've been frequenting the hotel to attend training sessions with the Saudi Entertainment Authority. It's worth mentioning that the hotel is quite lavish, with impressive facilities, conference spaces, and training rooms. During my visits, I was particularly struck by Mr. Mujahid, who exudes kindness and positivity. What sets him apart is his remarkable ability to remember the favorite foods of most guests, which he shares with us each day upon our arrival. It's a unique display of his dedication to his clients and guests, showing a genuine interest in their preferences. Mr. Mujahid, I commend you for your outstanding service.

Especially in buffet Mr. MD Jalal was really helpful proactive and very respectful to me and my team .

I’m very satisfied with the service of housekeeping especially of Ibrahim. Very friendly and helpful. I love the comfort of room and all the facilities they offered me.

The beds and the rooms are very comfortable, nice range of food as well, overall I enjoyed it and it’s very comfortable staying here. I’m usually picky about the bathrooms but the bathrooms in this hotel was really amazing, nice and big and it actually felt very amazing since they provided with body wash lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I would stay here again. It’s also not far away from the airport, maybe 25 minutes away if there is traffic.
