Good. All good.
Staffs are very cooperative and taking care of the Guests specifically in the Restaurant section. Ms Elaina & Mr Fernando very caring to all the Guests.
I feel breakfast section should be improved. Lots of items in Salad section but only few items in the main course section. Cornflakes of two types... Out of that there should be Muesli as one. Live section should be in front so that guests can advice the Chef directly.
Over all good experience.

The hotel Is just 300 meters away to a good Chinese resterant So the position is good. The environment is quiet. For sure I will book here again once coming back Jeddah next time.

Attended a wedding at Rosemond Hall, staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue is small but cute. Bathrooms were clean and food was pretty good. Would definitely recommend it. We also had one of our group who stayed in the hotel one night and they said it was worth it.

I rented 8 rooms for a faculty coming from different countries to teach a course in Jeddah, thanks to Mr Ahmed Almansouri, the booking was made extremely easy, even with few modifications for the in/out dates, He was actually very generous and extended the check out times for the faculty..
The location is fantastic, few minutes away from Palastine street, which have incredible amount of shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes walking from the famous Jeddah sea fountain.
The Breakfast is very delicious, the staffing were very responsive and quick.
I can easily say it is a 5 stars hotel..

It had a spacious ballroom for events. The interior design is stunning. The toilets were clean. The food is superb and up to par. The staffs were very accommodating and professional.

I would consider myself a regular here, the first time I stayed here for a month to attend a program in KSA, and now I am here again. Impeccable service, well maintained rooms, service is 24-7 and they really cater to your needs.
