BEST GYM IN TOWN, no doubt. I’ve been to over 8 different gyms, had a regular membership in 5, and have NEVER seen results as fast and satisfying as I’ve seen from LAKMA. Suuper proud of the progress I’m seeing in myself after going here!
All trainers have thorough knowledge of members’ injuries and capabilities, knowing who to push and who to take it easy on.

No idea if I’ll ever consider going anywhere else. Don’t even think I CAN.

The motivating, friendly community is a bonus! Such a privilege to train with all of the most welcoming people!

I’ve had the privilege of training regularly at Lakma for the last month or two. Immediately upon walking into Lakma, I felt the space/community/culture was different. From the amazing team up front, to the best (best best!) in class coaches, there’s an energy to Lakma that’s contagious - one that makes you feel supported and encouraged (regardless of your past fitness experience/current ability) and leaves you wanting more (whatever “more” is for you that day). And whether it’s your first visit to Lakma or your 500th, the coaches are tuned in to your individual ability as they guide you forward on a path of progression. You may find people referring it to as their happy place and there's good reason to call it that. The fee structure is a bit on the pricier side but it is on par with what you may pay at an international facility of such a level.

It's an extremely good place.

Absolutly highly recommended! Have tried many Gyms and studios in the city, but Lakma trainers are compatible with international trainers.. Very motivational and friendly staff, clean and great atmosphere for working out.. it has varieties of classes but the main focus is on strong intensity and resistence ones, which I prefer. You also have plenty of equipments if you wish to workout alone or after classes. Sara’s classes are MOOD BOOSTER to me! and Stress relief once I’m done! I love it because I can not think of any other thing, except finishing the exercise..

I have been a member with Lakma for about a year now. It is one of the best gym studios in the region. Classes are very week organized most of the time. All staff are officially certified. The studio offers boxing classes as long as HIIT, Yoga and Fif classes. What I personally like to most is the level of commitment and seriousness towards healthy lifestyle in both Lakma team and Lakma clients.

This place is like no other in the area! The moment I walked in, I got hooked to the energy of the place and the people. I love that besides boxing, it also offers yoga and circuit training. The quality of every class I attended in Lakma has been top-notch! I highly recommend checking it out.

One of the best in the eastern province providing all kinda of workouts! Very professional, you can book your class and cancel it online. They are the only gym who provide aqua training bags for kick boxing. I highly recommend it !
