Loved it. Especially bowling was amazing. In fact I tried that first time. You should visit this if you're in Dammam. 🇸🇦 . I haven't visited the fitness center.

best bodybuilding gym in the region
The trainers may seem intimidating at first but they are very nice and they care about you. When you use the machines incorrectly they immediately help you. I have been going here for 3 years and the gym is constantly improving. I highly recommend going to this gym.

Nice facility, great staff, better pumps.

Barbell equipment is a bit lacking, but most gym goers here seem to stick to machines so the barbell stands are usually free during the night.
