I witnessed an employee Talal deal with an unhappy customer . He was extremely polite and patient and tried very hard to explain the issue to her. I commend him because he remained calm and polite under pressure.

The showroom was extremely busy when I visited it, but one of the employees (Batool Malallah) was very helpful and cooperative despite how busy she was, she managed to help me. Thanks.
