Hail International Airport

Very quick service mau be It was a morning flight, easy to get boardings,less waiting if you come on time, but only 2 cafes no restaurant available. Cleanliness is well maintained.

It's a very tiny airport in comparison to Riyadh and Jeddah International Airport in Saudi Arabia, but overall very nice terminals, with a handful of convenient varieties, and shops simultaneously.

I took flight from Hail to Riyadh in April 2023. It was smooth experience. The airport staff is quick and professional.

And elegant, especially warm heated ground staffs, best in Saudi, only the immigration staffs need little more affectionate towards passengers , especially the new comers and family with kids, I didn’t see they give any consideration,rest all great with this airport

Hail's Airport is one of the best and fastest airport services i've experienced! Waiting for check in and boarding took less than 5 minutes for me. Airport Staff are good and approachable. Best of all planes leaves and arrives on time! 😉

Tiny, neat and all basic requirements are available like Trolley service, space for prayer as well Lounge (Hayaak lounge) which I did not expect at this small airport which is an added value.

Ground staff especially at the boarding issuance counter very nice and accommodating. I got a warm reception
