I still remember when I first used the Saudi Post service, the old building, the limited parking lot and the gloomy atmosphere in the building, it was the same as a rural post office. However, I like the vibe. Unknowingly, I used the Saudi Post service for almost 10 years and over 20 international receipts from various countries. So far none have been problematic. Well done to the Saudi post workers.

All those who are criticising the Saudi Post, why don't you use some private courier then?
They are delivering thousands of couriers across the Kingdom from all over the world with the lowest prices.
What do you expect huh?
I received 13 couriers from Alibaba and Aliexpress through Saudi Post and never faced any big issue.
There should be more counters and some other improvements but i am not going to say that they are totally bad.
Those guys are doing their jobs.
The ones who think that Saudi post is very bad, please, you all use some other courier services which will charge you twice the amount of Saudi Post and believe me you will be very satisfied with the service because it will be effective on your pocket.

ماشاءالله الفرع ذا فيه كفاءات وعطاء ماله حد.
الموظفين خدومين ومجتهدين لحد غير معقول الله يعطيهم العافية من اجددهم الى اقدمهم.

بعكس فرع ينبع البحر الي كل مارحت له مافيه غير موظف واحد والنظام عندهم دايم عطلان وعندهم "تحديث". وفي الحساب ياخذ منك ريال لو كان عليك هللة مايعفي.

لقلة الموظفين في الفرع

نتعامل مع المكتب من اكثر من ١٠ سنوات
ولم اجد منهم الا حسن التعامل والرقي والاهتمام بالعميل شكرا لكم
