Checking out with my family after 4 nights (5 days) stay, we all had a great time 👍
Location is superb with across-the-street 👉 palms & trees, spacious green blocks on a beach front to enjoy with plenty of personal space + a clean / acceptable Public Toilet.
Personnel & STAFF were so pleasant & cozy, simply marvelous 👌

Well, that was a lot to say.. LOL

Missed some hints on the spacious suite w 2 rooms & the magnificent VIEW
1.First impression was kinda disappointing, cz though a big space is more thn welcome, the lack of some decor items gives an empty feeling.
2. Simple nespresso machine alongside the provided Kettle would certainly AMPLIFY the whole deal
3. Bed size is a shortcoming vs standard Hotel's policy.

Having said that, honestly the quality of beds,Sofas, TV screens,Bathroom with the hair dryer and toiletries were impeccable 👌

Enjoyed my stay, employees were welcoming to serve and answer questions. Quick to respond to any inquiries. My room was neat and clean as expected, well taking care of. I have enjoyed my stay, and will be back for sure.
100% recommend to book your room at Novotel if you ever visit Yanbu City.

The hotel was very clean and had a sea view. The standout feature of the hotel was the receptionist, Amer, who was welcoming and friendly. He efficiently handled the check-in and check-out procedures.

FABULOUS! one of the best hotels I have been to.. clean rooms and helpful staffs, special thanks to Mr. Nawaf. The only drawback could be the parking area . Surely will revisit and recommend you to do so as well.

Rooms are Big, Location is good if you're going for Vacation or having work in Yanbu City Center.
Resturant serves nice food , Gym , Steam , Suana and Swimming Pool are available in hotel.
Room Service are not very good, Maybe You have to ask them to clean it again.
Other facilities are near by the hotel.

I was been in this hotel for a month. The restaurant has a great service with different menus very well prepared since vegetables, sushi and even different fruits. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is always very kind. I am very happy with my journey in this hotel, it was the only place in Yanbu that seems Europe.

My only suggestion to improve your services is to open the gym and swimming pool to women in specific days, for instance, women are allowed go to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday.

New and clean hotel on Yanbu's corniche. Checking in and out were smooth and fast. The room was big and modern. The bed was comfortable. Enough toiletries in the bathroom. Hot water took some time to get out but not excessively. Internet is very fast and was easy to connect.
Breakfast was ok. No omelet station. No fresh juice. Smoked salmon was not of the top quality. It's an ok breakfast but something I would eat for 2-3 days not an extended period of time.
Didn't have time on my trip to visit the corniche but it looked like it's a nice place to go for a walk if you have time on your hand.

An excellent place to stay with outstanding food and good services. Warm welcoming with Mr. Jehad in FO. Very clean room , great food the chef Mr. Hesham was really helpful and attentive during out breakfast also the restaurant manager was very welcoming and supportive , I enjoyed my experience at the hotel ans diffintly well come back again! Most appreciation for the hotel GM for the amazing team 👍🏼
