I stayed for 4 nights and will definitely come back. The receptionists are very well trained, friendly, and efficient. I checked in in less than 5 minutes including the time of introducing me to the facility and services.

The supporting staff are all decent, helpful, and kind. They always helped me fast and with a smile.

The room is so spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed size is convenient and mattress and pillows very comfy. Also sound insulation is super at 95% or more. Cleanliness and smell are maintained around the clock to render great results especially for someone who sees them as nonnegotiable.

Room service is super fast and food is delicious, felt like homemade. Also the portion was very generous.

It’s definitely great value for money with excellent service provided.

The location is perfect for travelers and the breakfast was nice though the choices of the food is minimal.The room is spacious and looks great. The service needs improvement. Staff needs more training which up to the level of guest satisfaction. I have to call more than 2 times just to get my room cleaned. Drainage flies all over my bathroom, stained and damage linens kept in my room. And when I asked for extra water the attendant was hesitant to provide. The corridor has a smoke smell which I can also smell it inside my room. It seriously affects the quality of my sleep since I am allergic to smoke.

So far my experience wasn’t up to the level of my expectations.

Overall, my stay at Naviti Warwick was a delightful experience. I can't recommend it enough for those seeking courteous staff, top-notch service, and comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting. I'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay.

The hotel is extremely clean and is constantly being serviced. Staff, for the most part, are quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty good based on the room rate. There is nothing within walking distance, except Lulu Hyper Market, which you need to avoid at all cost during afternoon - evening hours.
Handicap access is available, but it’s not practical for someone with a full-size van with a lift. The depth of parking left the back of the van too far into the street. The ramp into the hotel leads partially to a glass wall, and making the turn to enter the door is a dangerous maneuver. We had to use the back entrance, which was difficult as well because some inconsiderate guests parked their car in a way that made access extremely difficult.

Few minutes after I checked in my room, somebody called me to ask I I needed anything.
And then later that night, I received a Whatsapp message asking me if everything is alright.
This never happened in other hotels so I really appreciate the hotel’s effort in making sure that the guests have a great experience in the hotel.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The smell in the hotel lobby was very good. It was very relaxing.

The bed was comfortable.
Bathroom amenities were complete.

Parking is aplenty.
Location is very strategic due to close proximity to restaurants, corniche, and supermarkets.

Room is beautiful, just like on the picture, very stylis, very clean, amazing sea view.
Service is excellent, the hotel manager is very professional and very kind and charming. All the other staff members are outstanding, everyone is helpful, the chef is an amazing chef, food is uniqe, so tasty and fresh, rare to find such a great selection of any kind.
Location is also perfect, close to the sea, nice and vibrant area close to everything, in the center but located at the cornice. Absolutely loved it, we will come back for sure!!!

We arrived 1 hour early on the check in time and they accommodated us. The hotel is clean, ambiance and music in lobby is relaxing. Linens and toiletries are new and clean. Breakfast is superb. And plus complimentary arabic coffee and dates..Location is accessible for evening walk by the sea..

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Breakfast reasonable, maybe more kids friendly options, like banana, yoghurt would be nice but we were very happy and the hotel will be our option for future trips as well.
