Holiday Inn Yanbu

Loved the stay in the hotel and the hospitality. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, especially Mr Siddeeq. Recommended.

The hotel is not the newest, but still in good shape and clean. All the staff is very kind, supportive and friendly. The food is just amazing and honestly I didn't except that as Yanbu is not yet a holiday place, but mostly a working place. I had the lobster and filet mignon and it was probably one of the best meals i had the last 5 years. Definitely a place to be recommended in Yanbu. A big thanks to the whole staff to make my stay here very pleasant.

I am a regular guest at Holiday inn Yanbu, and cannot fault the service in the slightest. Staff are very attentive and helpful, and the hotel is very clean and bed comfortable.

I came to this hotel for a meeting, and that is what I am going to focus on. Tana and his staff provided an outstanding venue (the acoustics were excellent) and the support team were quick, responsive, and friendly. My meeting was a big success, and Tana and his team were a big part of the reason for my success.

I also enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet (I slept through a thunderstorm) and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant (Jasmine) has an excellent buffet, and Chef Mahmoud (in the morning) cooks with love and is a bubbly fun person to get your morning started well. I also really enjoyed the natural honeycomb honey - a rare find and a great addition to my morning bread or toast.

This was a return visit, after great previous experience a few years ago. The rooms are in perfect clean conditions, the beds are still comfortable and the bathroom spotless.
The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Finally the breakfast is the best of it all. The chefs create Wonderfull waffles, pancakes and omelettes, even during the current pandemic.
A place will will visit in the future again and again, thanks to the service staff. Well done!

I have always been a holiday inn sceptic. Its been a varied experience in different countries, but this Yanbu Holiday Inn has been a class apart. Exceptionally well maintained, top class service and happy helpful staff.. for frequent travelers thats all we look for and thats exactly what you get. Great experience and happy to say probably one of the best holiday inns in the middle east and i have tried quite a few! Keep up the great work

Very nice hotel, the staff is much kind, the service is excellent, and the place is very quiet and very clean. Also the restaurant is really amazing you can try different foods in one place.

Overall this is very good hotel with excellent service. I was particularly impressed with Adnan who helped me check in and handled all my inquiries and requests with great hospitality and professionalism.

Room cleaning was great. My room was at ground floor over looking to the swimming pool. 😅

Nice and quite for a good night's sleep. Apart from that mattress was a bit too firm for me but nevertheless I slept very well. 😁🌹

Anyone looking for awesome Indian vegetarian food, Visit Holiday Inn and ask for Chef Rana. He will prepare it for you. All staff very courteous and make all efforts to make your stay comfortable

I worked at this place from 2002 through 2004. I have lot of memorable moments left at this place. I was learnt expertise in hotel management here. I was trained to handle guests gently and not to compromise on quality, hygiene, and humanity. Overall, the staff here are trained on the above aspects.

The staff here is amazing 👏 😍 🙌 They make sure you have everything and they are fast and thorough. Mahmoud makes the best breakfast. They food is great and the gym is pretty decent.

One of the best hotel in Yanbu, reasonable price comparing to the value taken. Rooms are great, with nice beds to relax after long working hours. Breakfast buffet with a lot of options to select from.

Excellent Hotel in Yanbu. The staff here are the best. Extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel has all the necessary amenities including gym, pool, restaurant, laundry etc. The restaurant have themed buffet dinners at night. The food choices are great. Vegetarian and Indian options are always available. Excellent Biryanis.

Nice and comfort place, friendly stuff, good food. I checked out one day earlier as booked (and paid), but no problem for refund, which might be an issue on other places

Staff was super helpful and polite. Breakfast and dinner buffet is awesome. Fitness center was clean and we'll outfitted. Didn't have the courage to try out the hooka pipe by the pool though. :0)
