The main reason for losing valued customers in this.. especially Khobar branch.. the staff and the (Indian National.. Sorry to say ) cashier .. I never saw such guy in any airlines.. may be he is working for Indian Airlines or he is in Saudi Arabia.. hope and wish to replace him by some nice polite guys who can handle things easier..

Sir, the Air India Office staff r very cooperative & informative. Gave the correct information. One request as there no shade for passengers, out side waiting in Q if u can arrange a sitting place with a/c all passengers will be comfortable. This has to be attended on ur first priority.
