One of the best fitness centers I visited. There is a great focus on quality and customers needs. I attended their beginner sessions and they had 5 different coaches working at the same time handling different groups that vary in age, fitness level and body type. Excellent experience.

This is probably the first time I fall in love with a GYM. The whole experience is different. Nor boring weight lifting nor working out by yourself with no guidance or instructor. Rhytm Calisthenics built upon using dedicated classes with highly professional instructors who are well aware of what to do. Additionally, the whole principle of this gym is to use your own body to workout without any weights. For me this is the kind of workout I was looking for.

When i started i was not able to even do one pushup. In a month time i was managed to increase it to more than10. I lost more than 8 kg pure fat and increased mussels. Environment is a amazing. Coaches are watching and on top of you.

I’ve been here for a month now this new sport is just every thing I needed it’s very hard to get bored of it and it is hundred percent body weight also the things you do here and the moves you learn makes you feel like if you were a professional athlete and it breaks the fear you have and brings out the real you
